Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

Home away from home. This place is very peaceful and well designed. Ideal for couples and long stays. I wish I would have stayed longer. Would book again. Elise is a great host very responsive and accommodating. Many markets and restaurants nearby.

Great location in district one of Saigon, right in the heart of the city. Walk right out your door, to the left a few steps, and there are Michelin-rated restaurants and awesome coffee shops. And don't worry, around the block is a 7-11. All of district 1 is all a short walk or a short motorcycle taxi away, and the hosts are amazing. The natural floors and the natural wood furniture make the place very comfortable.

My stay at The Metropole Residences was absolutely amazing! The property is beautifully designed, combining luxury with comfort. The apartment was spacious, modern, and fully equipped, making it feel like home. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful despite being in a central location. The staff was outstanding—friendly and attentive. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. This place is perfect for both business and leisure, and I can't wait to return!

Japan Town District 1 - The Most Central Location

In the heart of Japanese Old Quarter, tucked away at the back so can easily get a good nights sleep. Quyen was very good at communicating and very quick to respond to any help I needed. Great bed, the only issues was the shower as construction was nearby on a couple of days but apart from that no complaints. For a male solo traveller be prepared for all the karaoke and masseuse parlour girls below, but most of you would love the attention anyway. Many affordable great locations all around HCM city but this is definitely a nice stay. Only a 10 min grab away from HCM Bui Vien street which is also very cheap. Thanks again

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Tran’s place is incredible! If I’m being completely honest, we were a bit worried at first as the studio is on a compound that looks a bit rough on the outside, but once you’re in Tran’s space, the value for money is incredible! Everything in the photos is exactly what the place looks like. It was immaculately clean, all amenities were in working order (which unfortunately wasn’t the case with many B&B’s in Vietnam) and the location can’t be better. Tran was very responsive and accommodating to us for an early checkin and bag hold. Thank you Tran!

This lovely apartment is in a new development. It is very quiet in the area. The view is pretty. It offers a get away from the busy-ness of the city centre. There isn’t a lot around the apartment in terms of places to eat/conveniences within walking distance. We used the pool a lot. Great to have a washing machine when travelling.

Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Our stay felt cosy & intimate just like coming home. Location was perfect! Close to everything. Walking distance to resturants and markets. So much to do around the area. Will I stay again? HELL YEAH!
