Monthly Rentals in Toowong

Clean and free of clutter. Listing including pictures accurately describes the place. Host was responsive and friendly. Location is good as it's close to Toowong Village which has Kmart, Woolies, Coles and Hanaromart as well as butcher and greengrocer. It's also walking distance to Genkotsu which has really good ramen. Only room for improvement is the water pressure was low during our stay and the shower does not have a fan to help ventilate the bathroom during hot showers. The only option is to open the window which may not be ideal as your neighbour would be able to see you in the shower. Overall, Partner and I really enjoyed the place.

we had a great stay in Andy's apartment, it's very close to Toowong village & train station & looks like the photos. Conveniently located for getting into Brisbane on public transport, comfortable bed and easy driving options to surrounding areas.

Great place to stay within easy reach of a Toowong Village, shopping centre and restaurants. Having a car meant we could secure it safely in the garage and exploited the wider surroundings of Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Everything was available in the apartment and communication was excellent. Highly recommend staying here as a base for exploring Brisbane.

Brilliant location for visiting UQ. Easy Accra to the ferry or train or shops.
