We will definitely recommend Shajan’s place. The property and location is as described in the description and photos. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood and easy access to the main road with lots of restaurants, clinics, hospitals and supermarkets. A huge thank you to the co host which I must mention. He gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable and cared for from the moment we walked in, was very responsive 24/ 7 and also provided us with local recommendations and helped us with local needs when our car broke down. Have to mention the property and all items provided for use bedsheets, kitchen utensils and pool were squeky clean. Shajan always provided us with a timely and on the dot response prior to our arrival and during our stay, Both the host and co host helped us with flexible check in, / check outs arrangements. We will definitely book again when back in Kottayam.

It was a good 2 bedroom flat, well maintained. However, we were provided with only 2 towels and 2 blankets for 3 persons. Heater is available in only one bathroom. We faced some difficulty in the underground parking, as all the spaces were occupied and we barely managed to park and exit with our car. The flat is in the heart of the city and very conveniently located. Mr Baby's representative was available on phone whenever required.

Fantastic location. Close to town. Nice place. Has everything you need to stay for a few days. Will recommend anyone visiting Kottayam to stay here.
