Absolutely perfect serene and relaxing.

Great location with very local experience. My parents really enjoyed being able to walk to the morning market or grab amazing food a few feet from the rental. Neighbors were extremely nice.

Weakness: Location is not good, if you do not car you can’t go anywhere, nothing walk distance. So if you have car , with big family you can stay here. All staff are friendly,helpful and kind hearted. They are stand by for you anytime.

Host and staff were nice. The room was basic but I liked it. Restaurant is good. Insane to pay so little for such an incredible view. Would have paid that much just to lay on the porch reading a book while watching hornbills.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by an older man who gave us the keys. Our beds were freshly made every day and our laundry was washed and put together for a small extra charge. At night it was very quiet and the pool was little visited. Overall, I highly recommend the accommodation, but you should be able to be mobile.

Wow, this place is beautiful. We extended our stay from 3 nights to 5 nights as there was so much to do nearby and we wanted to spend some time at the house which had the most incredible views. The local people are very friendly and we felt very welcome. Even though we didn’t have a car there was a lot in walking distance including restaurants. Don’t miss out on the local nature trails, they are incredible.

A large, spacious and private apartment which is clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveler, couple or small family. Saiyajin is a great host who provides everything you need (..even a little welcome gift!). This place is close to everything that you could want in Patong. I would book if I was you.

The house is exactly the photo shows, it’s spacious with two bedrooms and four beds. The host is helpful, helped me to prepare a birthday balloon decoration for my friend before check-in. Thank you so much! Recommend for people who want to chilling around the beach and exploring Pattaya

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. 10 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. This is right behind a reggae bar that pumped music into the early hours of the night, so bring ear plugs if you sleep early or you’re a light sleeper. The rooftop area was pleasant but ruined by rude Chinese tourists who did not respect anyone else’s want for peace and quiet.

Not necessarily a glamorous room but had everything we needed and fit the description accurately. Nice surprise to have breakfast included in the price. Good location, neither too close nor too far from the party spots during high season.
