I enjoyed my stay. The place is basic but has a very nice vibe with the balcony. Wifi is stable. I could work from there very well. Ocean Vibe is a great cafe nearby. Antonie is super friendly and helpful.

Really nice and spacious bungalow. Wonderful view of the sea and the beach all for yourselves most of the time. Not a lot of things around but it is worth it for the quiet. 7eleven at walkable distance. Great host.

Amazing View perfect for the sunset and sunrises. I will be back. 🙂

Perfect location, clean room good value for money

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

Beautiful location with amazing view. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and had everything you need for life. The staff was very friendly and helped to get to the store or the beach. Great pool and facilities. The extra cost was a bit unexpected as i didn't read the description but it's not big. Definitely recommend this place to visit!

The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

The hosts were very friendly. They helped me with the printing of a needed visa and had their caretaker escort me the best and cheapest place to get a taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our week in Koh Samui. The villa was perfect, very clean and comfortable and the grounds and pool were very nice. Help with transportation to and from the airport were handled by Ian and his wife, making our stay totally stress free. We loved the huge covered patio for relaxing and listening to the birds. The location was perfect with plenty of great shopping and dinning options around. The room was well decorated as per the listing and it was honestly a cosy home away from home! this is a great apartment in a great location,close to the river taxi and lots of food options 😊👍🏼💯 I will definitely stay here again next trip to Bangkok 👍🏼 the apartment is new and everything worked perfectly. both bedrooms have new Aircon units .

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

This unit was located at Noble 33. It is the 3rd time that I've stayed in this area and this is the best so far! In the daytime, this place is great location! Lots of restaurants, decent massage joints, small eateries and street food too. The walk to Emsphere is about 5mins, very close! Walking to Phrom Phong station is about 10mins max. At night the area has MANY adult joints offering sexual services and many Cannabis shops. It could get a bit rough, but if you just mind your own business, things are alright. On the unit itself, Dalis and the team are very responsive and the airbnb is very clean, no weird smells and has a comfortable sofa in the living room. All the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay are provided and check-in was a breeze as well. Full-points for this unit! I will stay here again if I visit Bangkok again for work!

We super happy with the place. Everything was as described and in the photos. The location is great and the pool and gym are a great plus. The apartment is very bright and nicely decorated, everything was clean and air conditioning/ hair dryer etc. worked perfectly. Check-in and check-out were totally straightforward, the landlord was very cooperative and friendly. The value for money here is absolutely right!! We would definitely come back and highly recommend the apartment 😊

Everything really perfect... only one thing. The restaurant was completely closed.

Great and aesthetic room, very comfortable and big bed, complete amenities (include bathtub😍). The only setback is that I got room on 4th floor and there’s no lift, so I had to carry my 20 kg x 2 luggage by stairs 😅

With an ultra late/early morning check in at 0200hrs to the friendly and all the helpful assistance Jasmine has been incredible. An incredible view at sunrise over the beach and islands set up every day just perfectly. There is easy accessibility to the beach, bars, shops, restaurants and the standard of food is amazing. It’s a central location but offset and quiet with a great pool area. Easy transport links to all the main areas in Phuket. Staff were amazing and friendly. Highly recommended on all levels. My month here was the ideal break I needed.
