A very nice place to stay, peaceful, comfortable, well stocked!7-11 is walkable and convenient!

The place was very beautiful and upto our expectations, very well maintained, clean, neat and tidy. All the amenities were amazing. The garden is also well kept. The host is very cooperative and helpful and also got a scooter included. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to other guests 😁

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

Assakit’s place is in a gated community, the roads and surroundings are well maintained. The house is a good specification, clean and as described. We enjoyed our weeks stay. we'll be back, thank you.

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

This was a lovely room, it was perfect for me. Bed was comfortable. I liked having filtered water available. Close to the airport. A bit far for walking to old city, but I like walking so it didn't bother me.

I had a nice stay, all issues were felt with and communication was very fast to reply.

Jinnapat was an amazing Host, she was prepared even before we got here. Her place is in a very wonderful neighborhood since you can get anywhere easily, there are also great spots to have coffee and breakfast within a few minutes walk.

It accommodated our need. Having a car it’s a must as there are not many shops around. There are number of buildings with hundreds of unit in each building in the complex.

Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I want to come back here again!

I was very happy with my stay the view from the sky pool on the 56th floor was amazing, close to local stores and restaurants. having a 7 eleven on the ground floor was convenient!

I had a great 3-night stay at Natasa’s apartment. It is a beautiful place with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fast WiFi, living room/bedroom AC and good security. Review for the 3rd week of January It's a corridor-style apartment. There are a lot of locals and travelers, but most of the neighbors are quiet and the building feels safe. It has most of what you need, so it's convenient to stay. Nevertheless, there are factors that bother you, so it might be a good idea to refer to it for long-term stays. The soundproofing and insulation windows make the outside noise very loud and cold at dawn during the dry season. (Airplanes pass right above the building, and there are runners at dawn.) The water quality is very bad. Even if you use it alone, you'll need to replace the filter in 3-5 days. (Most of the Chiang Mai area is plausible.) There were no mosquitoes, cockroaches, or lizards, but there are many small ants and moth flies. It keeps coming out.

The appartment is very nice with good location, and good facilities. The owner was very friendly and helpul. I would always recomend this appartment.

Once checked in and familiar with the complex (it’s huge!), it’s a great area and building ! Enjoyed the gym and pool a lot. It’s a short walk to the town’s gate and there’s a lot to do in the area still. The apartment is very nice, the washer was very appreciated ! I wish I could have stayed longer 😊 will come back !
