Monthly Rentals in Terceira Island

I rented the apartment for a week's stay for my parents and they were delighted. The apartment was very well taken care and extremely clean, with a very pleasant environment, as shown in the images. The kitchen is also very well equipped. In addition, the apartment is in an excellent location easy to walk to the downtown of Angra, where there are several restaurants, local shops and mini-markets. At 2-3 minutes there is also the bathing area of Fanal, perfect to see the sunset. However, if at the end of the day if you want to rest at home, the apartment gives access to a balcony/viewpoint, where you can see the sea, the Brazilian hill and the sunset, “without leaving home”. Fantástico - is the word my parents use the most to describe the experience in this accommodation. Thank you :)

Calm, organized and safe space. A stay that lets you disconnect and hang out with other guests! Banana Eco Camp coffee is something not to be missed either!

The property is beautiful. It is spacious and private with a large equipped kitchen. There are lovely views, nearby cattle, and an expansive deck to hang out on. Based on that alone, I would give it six stars if I could. The property is located halfway between the airport and Angra. It is 3 minutes drive to a supermarket. The nearby town by the coast has a pathway along the water to walk but there are no beaches there. There is little in the town -- so the location is more of a base to explore from. The main downside of the property is that it doesn't have meaningful climate control. If it's cold and rainy outside, the fireplace alone will not heat up the house. On our second day, the owner had a neighbor drop off implements for the fireplace and a portable heater. These things helped but we had to stay on top of keeping the fire going and moving the heating unit around the house. If this one problem could be addressed, this would be a phenomenal place to stay.
