Monthly Rentals in Terceira Island

A seaside dream! Light and spacious, well equipped, with a veranda that looks out over the Atlantic. You can't get closer to the ocean! Squeaky clean, down to the last detail, and very comfortable. It is walking distance to a few cafes and two restaurants (the lapas are yummy), and an easy drive to everywhere. There is a car rental place a five minute walk away (part of the Hotel Branco II), which we did for the last few days. The rest of the time we did local hikes, and a big Continente is 1.5 hours walk (or a ten minute drive), and Paulo shared lots of taxi recommendations (15€ from the airport to Porto Martins). We will definitely come back. Paulo was also very friendly and welcoming, and also a rockstar, literally! He invited us to a concert his band was playing, and they were THE band in the centre of Angra - absolutely epic! Terceira is a beautiful place, and this is the perfect ocean-front spot for exploring it! Thank you Paulo!

I had a wonderful stay at Paula’s place. The house is very well located to other local restaurants and markets, and is perfect if you’re planning on visiting different places in the island and still want to have the airport at reach. The house itself is very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Cannot recommend it enough!

Marcel is not only a very friendly and proactive host but has built a real gem close to Angra. We appreciated the late check-in and the help to get settled in. While the weather was not ideal during our stay, we were still able to heat our space and considering that a lot of the huts and amenities are in the middle of nature, all spaces were clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys staying in unusual spaces and who doesn't mind sharing their space with bugs or being followed by a very cute but cheeky cat. All in all, I would come back but next time in summer to make more use of the fireplace and hammocks.
