It's a two story home. Bottom apartment is where I will be staying. Upstairs apartment will be for guests. Huge master bedroom with queen size bed for two people and two extra rooms that accommodate two people each at a lower rate of €10 per night each person. Fully equipped kitchen. Wrap around porch on two sides of home good for sitting or even having breakfast. Apartment and bedroom very spacious. Nice living-room for just relaxing and watching TV. Modern apartment built in the year 2022 quiet and well-located. Located a 5-minute walk from the Vila da Madalena Center and the restaurants and bars. The bathing areas of the village are close as well as public transport. My place is in the center of Vila da Madalena, close to restaurants, cafes and the maritime terminal. Natural bathing area at the back of the municipal saltwater pool building at 300 meters. The island's airport is 7 km away. Protected Vineyard Landscape 2 km away. My place is good for couples with or without children, or for individuals on vacation or business. It is ideally located for those who do not intend to rent a car or want to visit the neighboring islands.

The "Casa Guardiao" is situated at the Porto Calhau. The big appartement with 2 bedrooms is situated on the first floor of the "Fisherman's Retreat Pico." This is the best spot to watch the sunset and start your walks. It's only a 10 minutes drive from Madalena and about 20 miutes drive from the airport.
