Happy to have shared Mark/Katie’s slice of paradise. Breaking away from the busy city life, felt well rested & relaxed after our holiday. Even our dog enjoyed the quiet feeling, feeling right at home. The house was neat & tidy all amenities as listed. Easy accessible & accommodative. The hosts are friendly & helpful and responded to any questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended for a stress free & relaxing stay!

Mark’s Airbnb in Taupo is nothing short of fabulous! The property is magnificently managed and immaculately maintained, offering a warm and inviting experience from the moment you step in. Every small detail is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfectly equipped home away from home. The house feels incredibly cozy and comfortable—absolutely nothing to complain about. The jacuzzi is a luxurious bonus, and having two washrooms makes the stay even more convenient, especially for larger groups. The upper bedroom is a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the scenic beauty of Lake Taupo. The architectural design of the property is stunning, seamlessly blending comfort with elegance. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the serene Lake Taupo, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll or enjoying nature. Parking is hassle-free, and the kitchen is impressively stocked with full crockery and whiteware, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Great location with a beautiful view. In such a nice little town and we had lots of fun at the late. Great for the whole family!

Wonderful private house in an upscale community with an awesome view of the lake. Bruce was easy to work with, responsive, and very accommodating. Highly recommend for those visiting the Taupo area but prefer staying outside of town. The house is an easy 10-15 minute drive from the town of Taupo.

This was a wonderful residence and perfect for our extended stay in Taupo for Xmas and New Years. The house has plenty of room so that it doesn’t feel full even with 11 people. Putting up the Xmas tree for our arrival was a nice touch. We had a perfect experience and would stay again next time we are in Taupo. Tessa was an excellent host. Recommend thoroughly to others.

Great place to stay. Well we’ll thought out property and comfortably accommodated our group of 8. Has absolutely everything you need. Great quality linens and towels etc and the whole place felt fresh and clean. Team was great to deal with through the booking process

Sylvie’s house is simply spectacular - from the amazing view to the well furnished and designed house with full kitchen facilities - and it gave our vacation a relaxed but luxurious beach vibe. The property is well located being situated in a gated community with easy access to walking trails and to the water. I highly recommend this place for families looking for comfortable lodgings near lake Taupo.

Perfect getaway for peace and relaxation! This charming cottage was exactly what we needed. The outdoor bath overlooking the valley was magical, and watching the friendly farm animals added to the charm. The location was ideal for visiting Taupo and perfectly situated for exploring the Orakei Korako geothermal park just down the road - you couldn't ask for a better base to visit this hidden gem! But the tranquil setting made us want to just stay in and unwind. Left feeling rejuvenated - highly recommend!

Super cool place to stay!! I would definitely recommend! The layout of where everything is, is a bit different, shower and toilet are in separate areas. It was great weather so we were very comfy, but I’m not sure if there is heat or AC, I never checked as we didn’t need it. Cool place with a great view! Very clean and quiet!

Very friendly, kind hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor hot pool and peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice cozy cabin to stay in while my partner and I were in the area to hike the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. Bathroom was very clean. There were some friends of the owners sharing the property while we were there but they were very quiet and respectful. We slept great.
