Monthly Rentals in Takapuna Beach

I found Sherryl and Ron absolutely lovely. They were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. The spot is perfect. A 2 min walk to Thornes Bay beach and an easy 10 min walk to unlimited cafes and Takapuna beach. Buses ran just around the corner and we were very happy there at the unit. Also there were great products like shower gel, moisturiser, sunscreen, bug spray and other toiletries. Sherryl stocked some food in our fridge like milk, cheese & pate, there were biscuits, fresh fruit and fresh produce....all sorts of coffee and teas...Incrediably kind and generous!! Definitely a great stay, a beautiful spot and our hosts were super stars !! Thank you both for a fabulous stay. We will come back ! Julie and Paul Gold Coast QLD

Good value for money. Great location. Walkable to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Rex was very responsive.

Fantastic base from which to explore Auckland. Was like home from home and Karla was very accommodating when we enquired about an additional guest. Definitely recommend staying here 😀

Fabulous comfortable accommodation, has all the amenities you could need, everything is thoughtfully provided. Rebecca was an excellent friendly host, and impressively responsive to our requests. Could not fault anything, highly recommend!
