A very peaceful, lovely environment to spend our leisure. The house interior was spotless, and the furniture was very beautiful, kitchen utensils were all available and clean. It was very easy to use all the housewares for our use. Bathrooms were gorgeous, sophisticated and very clean. I definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend their time here.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. I can asbolutely recommend staying at this place, it was just perfect.

We stayed at Fernando House for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The location of the house between Hiriketiya and Dickwella is perfect. There are many great restaurants within walking distance which we greatly appreciated. Herta's house is tastefully decorated and the pool is large and clean. The house is very "open" as the living area is only locked with wooden shutters. You should be aware of that. But you are close to nature and the green bathroom is a dream. Herta was a great host and gave us valuable tips.

Dilhan and his family welcomed us warmly from the start. We were well looked after and had people to contact around the clock. The apartment is clean and as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the apartment is opposite a very noisy street, but after the first few days this didn't bother us anymore and we were able to sleep well at night in the comfortable beds with earplugs. The apartment also has no hot water, but that didn't bother us at all in 30 degree heat. There is a bus stop right outside the front door from which you can get directly to Ahangama and Mirissa for little money. There is no air conditioning, but there is a powerful fan in every room. We highly recommend the accommodation and really felt very comfortable during our two weeks of stay :)

. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with blue waters stretching as far as the eye could see. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and watching the sunset from my private balcony made the stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural light. Every detail, from the quality toiletries to the cozy seating area, was thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort. The staff was attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.

This villa is in a great location - almost at the heart of the south coast. Ahangama, Welligama, etc. are easily reachable from there. Rooms are normal size and pool was great. Area around villa was great with palm trees and some cows which gave great relaxing feeling. Only thing that we didn't expect was other people because there are two villas in the property. But everything else was great.

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck!
