Nilmini was so helpful, attentive and accomodating! We also really appreciated her attention to details, like bottled water in the fridge, fresh soap, towels and linens, and toilet paper. The caretaker Jagath was also very attentive and gave us lots of space.

Anu's place is located in Fairway apartments Galle, which is very best known highend residential apartment in Galle. Fairway apartments are management is very focused on safety and security. 24 hours security service is there and security officers are very friendly and respectful to guests. Fairway apartments has a nice Gym, swimming pool, and a nice baby pool. Apartment management has made it compulsory for kids below 05 years to wear swimming diapers , how ever there are no local products available above 02 years old kids - and therefore, I recommend to bring swimming diapers with you if fly from abroad. I had a very nice chat about this with community manager, and he may try to work on it make it feel better. Anu is a great host always communicative, and caretaker Nuwan also responsive. Apartment is furnished in a very nice way without overloading it, giving a relax feeling. View is great. I would definitely choose to stay there in my next visit to Galle. Thanks a lot Anu.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront villa for 3 nights! The villa itself is stunning, perfectly located with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The space is beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. A special shoutout to the host's wonderful staff, Milan and Dulik. They were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway!

The villa is just amazing! And so is the front/back yard. You get into the house, and it just fees right. The place is very clean, everything is literally new. A manager welcomed us. He was super friendly and spoke to the point. And after that nobody bothered us. Nobody came to check on us. We just asked how to take out the trash and did it on our own. This is what privacy is all about. The internet speed is 150+ Mbps which is really enough. Thanveer hooked me up with a local bike rental company, and they provided us with a few cool bikes for a reasonable price. Any question? The response would always be prompt and on point. This place is one of those rare cases when the actual reality exceeds your expectations! My family is super grateful for such a warm stay as we happened to be the very first guests!

The house is as shown on photos, very cozy. I especially enjoyed the lights with multiple lamps, so great! Lots of book available to read. The mini-pool in the garden is also great to cool down after a hot day. It was cleaned almost each day, the house cleaning was one per week. Don is very nice host, he responds quickly and tries to help as much as possible. He managed to arrange fast cleaning and checked us in earlier; as we were totally destroyed after the long flight, it was so appreciated. From the cons perspective, the internet is limited - 58gb of high speed, more needs to be paid (other one is very slow, so we ended up paying multiple times). We also have never used the shared pool. It's located in neighbors' garden. Once we entered to check the pool, the guest staying there was not comfortable seeing us and hinted that we're not welcomed there. Other than that I think the house is great, we would come back again!

Excellent stay in a very spacious house on the beach. The very large pool with sea views under the coconut trees was very popular. The hearty and very tasty breakfasts are taken on the large sheltered terrace with a turquoise blue sea. The city is 5 minutes away by tuk tuk where there are very good small restaurants serving typical Sri Lankan cuisine. We really appreciated the welcome and kindness of the hosts who were particularly responsive to answer our questions and facilitate our trips for local activities. We have fond memories of the moments of conviviality spent talking together.

It's impossible to adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of Riverview House - both its location and the wonderful Geoffrey Bawa-designed villa and its breezy courtyards. The master bedroom suite is bigger than a tennis court! You throw open the blinds in the morning to a heavenly hazy view of the pool and river, right from your bed. It's all so inexpensive - yet there's no catch! You've simply chosen an untouristy part of Sri Lanka! Three of us stayed a fortnight, with two nights away touring the elephants and tea plantations, organised by Andrew's contacts - a fraction of the price of others. Miles of empty clean beaches (in parts eminently swimmable) a ten minute tuk tuk drive away, with restaurants serving jumbo prawns caught last night from a traditional canoe just outside your window. Daily Sri Lankan feasts provided by the endlessly helpful Janake and Malan. Nature in abundance - monkeys, sea eagles, mongooses, iguana, heron. And almost no mozzies! Authentic Sri Lanka.

It was a pleasure to return home to such a nice house. One of the best I've stayed in.

The house is perfect, we had such a nice stay here. Very stylish, good location and the housekeeper is the sweetest and makes very nice breakfast! The restaurant Citra that they have down the street is one of the best in Sri Lanka also! Would recommend this place to everyone and we hope we have a chance to go back one day!
