House holiday rentals in Spokane

We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

We absolutely loved our stay at Angela’s house. My friend group meets annually the week after Christmas, but we usually stay in rustic Forest Service cabins. This year was a definite upgrade, but we agreed to no tv and limited phone use to mimic one of the reasons why we choose Forest Service cabins. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, and the kitchen in the house is amazing and well-stocked with cooking tools. We had plenty of space to gather to play games around the kitchen table and could have privacy when we needed quiet time. We all left feeling refreshed.

11 of us stayed here for Christmas and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and perfect for everyone to spread out comfortably. We LOVED having the pool in the house for the kids to swim in whenever they wanted. Both Tirza and Jordan responded quickly to any questions we had and were lovely to work with. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Kayloni's place exceeded our expectations! The photos and description of this home are accurate but just don't do it justice! It's beautiful, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. Our group of 12 enjoyed our relaxing time and wished we could have stayed longer. Our group particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and living spaces. Kayloni was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. She thought of so many details that made our stay more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next retreat at Kayloni's place and would highly recommend this home to you.

Mike was an amazing host and the house was fantastic! We had a couple minor snags with the lock and alarm system but other than that the stay was great. The place was clean, the house was spacious and the hot tub and movie theater were fantastic

This is our second year staying at Gina’s for a family Christmas gathering. Perfect for a large gathering, with space for everybody. The hot tub is a big bonus. The kitchen is well equipped. Pillows are a bit minimalist, tons of extra bedding provided. We loved it, we’ll stay again.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

No problems, nice neighborhood and very quiet. House felt big even though it is a tiny house. Stayed with 1 person and 1 dog.

What a wonderful home away from home! From the comfy beds to the wonderful welcome brownies to the relaxing hot tub, our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this fantastic property. Responsive hosts and excellent neighborhood. We can't wait to book again!

The house was immaculate and easy to access! The beds were all comfortable and nicely dressed. The kitchen had everything we could need. We loved the comfy couch and nice tv too. It’s just a couple of miles from Gonzaga. Perfect for a visit for families!!!

Great place! Loved the fenced yard and pickel/basketball court, lots of bedrooms and full kitchen with everything you need. Would have used the outside area more if it was not freezing outside!

I have stayed here multiple times for work trips and I love staying in this house! It was really warm and cozy when it was very cold outside. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Plenty of room for 4 travelers- immediately comfortable. It was nice to have a carport to keep ice off of car-and for easy loading. Highly recommend !

Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The location is superb—just a short drive to the beautiful Cour d’Alene and very close to the I-90 freeway, making travel a breeze. They have taken care of every tiny detail. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area!

This place is perfect for a large group. Everything you need is there and if you have any questions Connor is a quick responder and very friendly. It’s definitely the nicest house in the neighborhood. The day we got there there was a wind storm and the fence blew down and Connor was very proactive to help us with anything we needed. My family stayed here for my husband's birthday. We live in Spokane so it was very close, and exactly what we were looking for. It was secluded and peaceful, beautiful of course, and very roomy. I would have loved to had an outdoor fire pit, that's all that was missing in my opinion, but hey...first world problems, right.

Home away from home! We had to be out of our house for a week while work was being done after a pipe broke. We were so fortunate to find Russell and Carmen’s place not too far away. Made what could have been a stressful week so much easier. We settled right in and had a great time. Our boys especially loved their ‘vacation’.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake front home. Very beautiful property, so quiet and peaceful. Large, clean and spacious home. Loved the deck! Gorgeous sunrise views from the deck each morning while sipping our coffee.

Beautiful, cozy, and sparkling clean home! We loved the quiet location. The home is well equipped for near any need (one of the most equipped homes I’ve ever stayed at). We felt right at home. Communication was great. My kids left something at the house and they were kind enough to mail it back to us. Would stay again.
