Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Spokane

Our family was in Spokane for a conference at the Convention Center, and Kat’s place was an excellent home base. All communication was responsive, quick, and thorough. Detailed information and a quick video made for easy access to the lockbox and parking garage. The secure, reserved spot was invaluable during the snowy weather. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, lots of natural light, and matched the pictures. We appreciated how well-stocked the place was and loved the full coffee/tea bar. Beds were comfortable, living area was cozy and functional, some mild street noise during the day but quiet at night. The building felt secure with key fob required at all entry points. Restaurants, coffee, small grocery store, and Convention Center all within easy walking distance. Check-out was easy with minimal tasks. For our family of 4, Kat’s place was ideal for giving us the space to spread out. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

What a great place! The location was perfect, walkable, and central. The suite was spacious, very clean, well decorated and outfitted for a fabulous getaway. Jeri communicated very well and gave quick and clear responses and instructions. As some reviews mention, the beds and pillows were quite firm but surprisingly comfortable. The trains do go by frequently but the suite is incredibly soundproof and was actually fun to watch them go by. Everything was spotless, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, and there were nice cushions and blankets around the place to curl up and get cozy. Also, the closets had great hangers, shelving and even a laundry basket. Our groups stayed in both their 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom suites and both were excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our extended family!

What a great place! We had a great time while staying here and will definitely love to return to this property. Perfectly located downtown, great host, loved the gym in the building, local eateries nearby and the place was spotless. Secure on-site parking is also a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

This stay was fantastic and exactly what we needed. The secured parking garage is across the street but access is easy and sure beats street parking. The neighbors are a little noisy but it wasn’t too bad. The hosts have thought about the noise though and there were ear plugs available if you needed them (we did not). Overall this was the perfect place for us to spend a quick night in Spokane.

We really enjoyed Robert's place and hope to return in the future. We have family in the Coeur d'Alene area and loved having a really nice condo to stay in and be at home. The location was great because it's close to restaurants, shopping, and the downtown area of CDA. The place itself was really clean, well furnished, and comfortable. Robert responded to every interaction quickly and was very helpful. Robert even messaged us to let us know we could check-in early if we wanted to because the cleaners were finished early. I've never had that happen. Honestly, Robert's place exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay in Michele's condo overlooking the river. Parking for 1 small car onsite was great. Location very nice, walkable to some restaurants, shopping, even a movie theatre. Or a nice walk along the river. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, and we really loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having our coffee overlooking the water and would not hesitate to rebook this excellent home again.

Fabulous location right on the Spokane River in the back of the building. Small gym next to the unit. Surrounded by great restaurants. Pickleball courts only a 6 min drive. Loved the location. The restaurant downstairs has unbelievable food.

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

Our family had a great time staying here, we made so many wonderful memories! Easy access to CDA resort via boat or Uber $25 to get into town if you don’t want to drive. The house is absolutely gorgeous the views from the rooms are incredible especially at night.

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

We enjoyed our stay in Spokane in the snow. The totally fenced yard was wonderful for my dog. Some of the reviews said the neighbor dogs were noisy however they only barked when we were outside or my dog was near. The dog park nearby was great. It’s literally five minutes from the house. There are hiking trails right there along the river which are really nice. Downtown Spokane is about ten minutes from the house. The house is quite cute and has plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is well appointed with everything one needs for being on the road. It’s quite comfortable and cozy. One thing that stood out for us was the organic olive oil available for cooking. It was truly a special treat. There was also a great selection of spices for cooking. The second bedroom would be better served for children as it’s a canopy bed over a couch with a TV. Something to consider if traveling with two couples. Bonus: hot water was immediate in the shower. Loved it.

Great place. Lots of space for the price. Quite neighborhood. In an arboretum with walking trails. Chris responds promptly and is very friendly. Would stay again

Mike was an amazing host and the house was fantastic! We had a couple minor snags with the lock and alarm system but other than that the stay was great. The place was clean, the house was spacious and the hot tub and movie theater were fantastic

Lana’s place was nice and comfortable, easy to find & very clean.. She was quick with her response to any question I had! Definitely would stay here again..
