Perfect location, and we didn’t want to leave! My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary at Sarah’s place, and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Nothing like grilling from the deck with a beautiful view and then enjoying it with that same view. The hot tub is situated in a perfect spot with a fantastic view along with nice privacy. The house is supplied with a bunch of amenities that made it feel like home away from home. Sarah was an awesome host, and if we get back to Coeur d’Alene we wouldn’t be interested in staying anywhere else other than Sarah’s. Her home had everything we wanted and needed! Thanks for having us Sarah!

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

My family stayed here for my husband's birthday. We live in Spokane so it was very close, and exactly what we were looking for. It was secluded and peaceful, beautiful of course, and very roomy. I would have loved to had an outdoor fire pit, that's all that was missing in my opinion, but hey...first world problems, right.

This historic home is amazing and everything is 100% as advertised. Plenty of room and very well appointed. Would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone. Very comfortable beds and wonderful location.

Mike was an amazing host and the house was fantastic! We had a couple minor snags with the lock and alarm system but other than that the stay was great. The place was clean, the house was spacious and the hot tub and movie theater were fantastic

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

Wonderful holiday stay with my family! First time we were able to be together in years. Justin’s kitchen is well appointed with many comforts and appliances. Lovely stay overall.

Really enjoyed staying here! The gym was a nice touch. Eric and Keiran were very quick to respond and went above and beyond as hosts to help accommodate my stay. I really appreciated that! Will definitely come back next time I go to Silverwood!
