Monthly Rentals in Spokane RIver

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

It was very obvious that the owners put a great amount of effort into making it comfortable for guests. It’s perfect for a single person or a couple, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Cute rustic cabin as described. Toasty warm despite temps in the 20's. A list of amenities on the website description would be helpful; had to ask if there was a coffee maker and hairdryer in the cabin (yes to both). We accidentally got locked out and had to reach out to Julie at 8:00 p.m. She sent her caretakers over immediately to help open the cabin. Unfortunately it took them about 30 minutes to find the correct key to open the door knob lock. (Julie assured us she will address this issue ASAP) Her immediate response and the caretakers diligence in getting us back in were most appreciated!

Spectacular view ! Awesome place . I wish I had more time to Stay longer. Fishing was also great
