Holiday rentals with a patio in Sparti

Fantastic place with amazing views. Dominique lived on site and was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the WIFI which was extremely poor and didn’t even work most of the time.

What can I say about this amazing maisonette!!!! I have no words... spotless,safe and with all the comforters... we'll definitely go for it again!!! I recommend her without a second thought..

A real gem apartment! It is located in a quiet area and very close to the center of the city. The apartment cozy, clean and very nicely decorated! The host, Mr. Antonis, was extremely kind and willing to help us and give us information for our acquaintance with the city. Our stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and very relaxing getaway!

Second time staying here, and I will be coming back! This time I stayed for a week in a larger room and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and perfect size with beautiful large balcony. Didn’t expect my room to be cleaned every other day throughout the week, very much appreciated! Highly recommend this place. Very close to city center.

The home was exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. Fully equipped, with everything literally. All you need together is your clothes... Very well located. Just a short distance from the Marina of Kalamata and the port, close to many options of restaurants/cafes/shops. Impeccable service and understanding with the owner. Both Mrs. Niki and her mother are willing to help you. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Kalamata.

David is a great host and the house is so nice. It was the third time in Stoupa and this house was the best by far. One can also feel that David and his family are using the house themselves, immediately felt cosy and the kitchen and even the fridge were well equipped. Our kids loved the board games and the garden with a cat that came by regularly. David was super helpful and had some great tips. The beaches are well within walking distances, the area is great. Just perfect.

Larissa has an amazing house! everything is super clean and spotless. it worker great for us. the neighborhood is quiet and neat and value for the place is very reasonable. will definitely be returning back.

John and his family were great hosts. The apartment was very clean and true to the listing. The old town is a 30 minute walk from the house. There is an amazing restaurant right across the street! We didn’t go to the beach near the house, but when driving out of town I could see it was very close and fancy, with lots of cafes and umbrellas there. Thank you for a nice stay :)

It was a wonderful experience, we felt like home. The homemade cake and oranges that greeted us in the apartment were divine! The apartment had comfortable mattresses and everything we need. Very quiet village, orange orchards and friendly residents, 5 minutes drive to Sparta.

Good location in a pleasant village, everything we needed is there. Nikos was always very helpful and friendly. Wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Absolutely recommended, we felt very comfortable

The apartment is in a very good spot, close to the municipal parking but also in the city center. It is spacious with a view to the square and a large balcony. Really nothing can be heard with closed windows.

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

The house was absolutely clean, in a quiet neighborhood! It was a 5 minute drive from supermarkets, bakeries etc and less than 10 minutes drive from the beach. Perfect for kids that want to play in the garden too. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stavriani's place. It was so clean, modern and comfortable. The host was really friendly and great communicator. She gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and taxi company. Would stay here again if returning to Kalamata

The view from the apartment is scenic! The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host is friendly and responsive and helped with all my questions and queries. And he was also able to accommodate my early check in which was much appreciated.

The homes are located in a central part of the city that makes it convenient for transportation if you don't have a vehicle. It is on a main street of Kalamata but it is not noisy. The apartment building is old without this creating a problem . The apartment was clean, warm, and tidy. It provided several things that made our stay easy. Generally the home, although small, was convenient in a central spot, with a bakery in the corner and a large supermarket almost across the street.
