Holiday rentals with a patio in Sparti

Amazing and would go back anytime. They were so lovely and helpful, everything was clean and had plenty of spare towels, pillows, bedsheets, toiletries etc. Private beach nearby which is easy to find, local bakeries and your own balcony + garden. Taxi is also cheap to go into the town and back and to airport and back.

Fantastic place with amazing views. Dominique lived on site and was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the WIFI which was extremely poor and didn’t even work most of the time.

Super place for vacation

I had a wonderful time at Christo's apartment. The location is phenomenal - you have your peace - but within a few minutes' walk along the sea you are in the middle of the action, if you want that. The amenities are simple - I found it very cozy, especially the high ceiling in the bedroom. Only the water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger - and it could use an upgrade. It didn't bother me. Swimming in the morning on the small beach - breakfast on the huge terrace - or use the small balcony - surrounded by olive trees. Thank you Christos - I'd love to come back 🙏

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Nikki (& her husband), whose family live above the property, was very welcoming and helpful in explaining the amenities of the apartment and where the local beaches were up 100 metres across the road either side of the property. The apartment was immaculately clean, had new amenities, with a comfortable main bed (with additional sofa & camp bed in the storage room) - Nikki's ground level apartment was so much more than expected. The apartment was extremely quiet even with being on the main road. I would stay again in a heart beat when I visit Kalamata again. Very secure, very quiet, excellent amenities, off street parking - a perfect place to stay for a weekend or a week!

Fantastic experience. House over the top: large, full of everything: two bathroom brand new, large bads, snaks, drinks, soaps, cosmetics: really impressive, 5 stars host. Located on the hill with a view of sunset over Kalamata and the Bay. Private location with garden and deck. Orange, fig and lime trees. Used the outdoor BBQ with host provided charcoal. Steep walk down to the main road where there are some restaurants and store, but a car would be better. Parking spot readily available and secured behind a gate. 10min to Kalamata. Good spot to start any tour of the area. We visited beaches to the south and also drove over to Polylimnio falls and Navarino coast for day trips. Inside house stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and a few other spices. All the pots and pans and cooking utensils one would need. Wifi great. Host responded to our needs. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Very satisfied.

A real home away from home. Three-story house with real character (not your typical summer barebones rental). Beautiful furnishings, with lovely artwork everywhere. Comfortable beds. Amazing views of sea and mountains. Sunset drinks on the terrace was a breathtaking daily event. Benjamin was a friendly host, with lots of advice for local excursions. He speaks fluent Greek, English, Danish and Swedish. We'll be returning next summer, as we did not see all we wanted in this fascinating, picturesque and relatively unspoiled area of Mani.

We had a brilliant stay, really comfortable and clean house. Fantastic pool with beautiful views and great air con! The only thing that you definitely need is a car as it’s too far to walk to anywhere.

Martha and her mom are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful and spacios and located perfectly to arrive everything within a couple of minutes. I can really recommend to stay at the place.

The apartment was exactly as described. very clean space and the host very friendly and responded immediately. He gave very successful recommendations for the area as well. Whenever I find myself in the area I will prefer it again! all flawless!

Beautiful apartment with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, which made the hot nights bearable for us. Check-in was about tedious: I had to ask for the information myself when I was at the front door, and then the company wanted to send me a video, which didn't work out. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor (barrier-free) with a view and balcony to the east on the mountains, or also to the sea. It was extremely clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster - all there! The owner helped us in between due to an issue with the wifi, which should be finally resolved after we moved out.

We had a fantastic time at Kostas's home. Having a car is an absolute must as it is up a very steep, winding track which is unpaved in some places but once you enter the compound it is stunning all round. The pool, apartment and views are beautiful. There are a few moderations needed inside, but it is spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay at this apartment if we were in the area again.

The house was absolutely clean, in a quiet neighborhood! It was a 5 minute drive from supermarkets, bakeries etc and less than 10 minutes drive from the beach. Perfect for kids that want to play in the garden too. Would highly recommend!
