Katerina's house was the perfect place to spend some days: near the beach, next to the main road that connected several places and near magnificent landscapes. The house was in a perfect condition, totally clean and tidy, with all the necessary equipment! I surely come back one day!

Great little apartment. Perfect for couple with kids. Apartment is on fourth floor with easy elevator access, so zero steps. Close to central square and many good restaurants, coffee shops. Nice little balcony off kids’ room. Great host - very proactive and responsive. Only issue we had was parking. Obviously not host’s fault but it took us a long time to find a space and the paid parking lot suggested by the host was full.

Cozy and very comfortable apartment. The host was lovely and recommended us good places to eat nearby. Great value.

Stephanos and his family were impeccable for the 2nd time, so we preferred them again in 5 months. He immediately settled all our needs and had renovated the space since the last time we stayed making it even more beautiful. I highly recommend it 😁😎🥸

A beautiful apartment with an AMAZING view of the peninsula and lighthouse. The balconies were both very fun for breakfast or just relaxing. Location is perfect if you're ok with being 5-10 minutes out of the town center. There's a fish restaurant just a staircase away. There were free parking spots on the street just by the apartment most of times. Only downsides are the bathrooms and beds: Most of us found the beds uncofortable, and while there are two bathrooms, we couldn't take showers simultaneously as the flow is weak even woth one shower running.

Great equipped apartment in a quiet location. The terrace invites you to relax with a great view of the sea and offers great sunsets. The apartment met all expectations. You live secluded from the hustle and bustle. Within walking distance there is a tavern, a small supermarket and two bakers. For everything else you need a car, as there are no sidewalks in this area. The only drawback was the heating during the cool season. The fans have served their purpose, but it was not a "feel-good temperature" as the air got quite dry.

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

This was a really lovely way to visit Kalamata. The house is cosy but has everything you need, bed is comfortable and the balcony and dining area is nothing short of spectacular. Walking distance from the beach, marina and restaurants and incredibly well priced for the quality. Such a relaxing stay with a kind host! Automatic entry and exit, so all really easy!

Dimitrios's place is a lovely little flat, there's a sense of calm to it, aided by the orange and lemon trees outside the window. A good location too, a supermarket just around the corner and the main square is only minutes walk away. Don't miss out on the farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday.

The consultation with Nikos was very friendly and impeccable. The space is spotless, very functional, and thoughtful in detail. The location within walking distance by the beach with all the cafes, restaurants and taverns. Highly recommended!

The owner was absolutely polite, discreet, and gave us suggestions for places to eat and recreation. Extremely welcoming. The place was clean, tidy, fully equipped, and with a modern layout. We recommend it and will prefer it in the future!!!

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

I left with my fiance to celebrate our 10th birthday. We had a fantastic week at this apartment. The place, the view, the apartment, everything was perfect. We were hosted very well and were able to share a few moments with our hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. They quickly put you at ease and you feel at home. Access to the almost private beach in 2 minutes is a big plus, we were delighted to have this surprise upon arrival. It's beautiful and we were practically alone there We came in the low season (November) and had no problems eating, shopping or some shopping on site, everything is open and the surrounding staff very welcoming. For me who has a lot of sleep issues, the only problem with this stay was the mattress, very bouncing. But when you're in a setting like that, it becomes a detail. If the opportunity to return presents itself, it will be without hesitation
