My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

The cabin was so cute, and exactly like it was described, definitely a glamping experience! It can get a bit chilly in the winter as we went in February but the heating system and space heaters work pretty well. The view from the cabin itself was absolutely beautiful! The bed and couch were super comfy and Eric was very communicative and responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. If you come in the winter an AWD car is a must! There isn't much to do within walking distance in the winter but the drive to attractions isn't too far; loon is about 40 minutes away, the ice castles about 30 mins, and there are cute towns in the area to check out like Littleton and Bethlehem! My boyfriend and I had a great anniversary trip and we hope to be back in the warmer months!

My friend and I stayed here for our annual ice fishing trip and this location was great with all the beautiful bodies of water surrounding! Close to a handful of easy access points for ice fishing or for open water fishing. The home itself is cute and lovely with everything you’d need.

Jonathan was a great host! We arrived in a snow storm, and he plowed the driveways for our safe arrival. He even went above and beyond and plowed the town road leading to his place so we wouldnt end up stuck, which was huge. He also started and kept a fire going so the house was warm and cozy for our arrival. The house and property are even more lovely than the photos. We will definitely be back!

Lovely location, and cozy little cabin, close to Damariscotta. My boyfriend and I took a weekend away and I told him I just wanted to be in the middle of the woods for a night. Enjoyed the hammock chairs and home cooked breakfast on the porch, despite the rain. Only regret was not meeting Sherri and/or Joel since I opted for self-check-in. Hope to return!

What an awesome spot! We will most definitely be back and stay longer next time. Can’t say enough how accommodating and welcoming Michele and Mike were. We enjoy riding the atv trails in the area and this location is perfect for that. You can ride to the trails from the cabin. The river is awesome, can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy it more ! Very clean and cozy.
