The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, cable, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston MA or Portland ME. Just 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch and 5-15 min drive to a number of Maine beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a cat that lives in private portion of home.

All essentials included in addition to beach towels, chairs, table & cooler for the beach. Private patio includes a grill for use as well (weather permitting).
