One of the best accommodations I've stayed at! Such a well thought out and beautiful house, perfect for us. Loved having the swing and fireplace and just such a personal touch.

Bernie was a fabulous, friendly and welcoming host to ourselves and our dog! We all felt so ‘at home’ and relaxed. The gardens were beautiful and we had everything we needed and more! We can’t wait to come back again for some R & R.

We attended a wedding on the weekend and had the lovely opportunity of staying at ‘the burrow’ to make a weekend of it! Felt right at home on walking in, well appointed with more than expected, lovely and clean and comfortable setup all surrounded by a serene landscape that was private and tranquil. We did many bushwalks, including a waterfall in the local area, treated to an abundance of kangaroos, wombats in the evenings, horses and birds galore. We even crossed paths with a wedge- tail eagle swoop/fly right in front of us, less than 5m away, whilst walking on the box vale fire trail - what a sight that was! Visited the local towns and shops (by car) and squeezed a winery in with some live music all within walking distance from ‘the burrow’. So much to do, and so much achieved in the short time we had all whilst enjoying relaxing down-time in the burrow when we weren’t moving/doing! Thanks for a great stay, hope to be back sometime!!
