Monthly Rentals in South Mount Cameron

We had a great stay at Kathleen's house in the centre of Derby. Though just off the main road, the house was nice and quiet. I especially loved all the different birds that were flying in and out of the garden. The house is very comfortable and has all the mod-cons one would need. Location-wise, it is very close to the centre and has a pub just across the road - cannot ask for me. The Floating Sauna is very walkable and well worth a dip. Looking forward to coming back during the winter to try the Floating Sauna in Lake Derby when its a lot chillier. Kathleen laid out a good selection of cereals, milk and chocolates - all of which were hoovered!

Wonderful place to stay! 5 star! Very well equipped, amazing little kitchen, clean, very modern and comfortable. We just loved it and will definitely be back! Perfect location for us to access Derby mtb trails. Aquatic centre, supermarket and shops/cafes nearby. Very convenient.

Our stay at Tara's cottage was absolutely wonderful! The house was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The cottage features many floor-to-ceiling windows, and each one offered stunning views of the farm’s rolling hills and grazing sheep. On sunny days, the sunlight poured in, turning the space into a warm sunroom where we could relax and soak up the peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the utensils were so convenient to use. Tara was an amazing host—she was warm, attentive, and gave us great tips for exploring the area. She even shared her delicious, sweet plums with us, which were such a treat! One of the highlights of our trip was definitely Tara's dogs. Every day, one or two of them would come by to greet us, and it brought so much joy to our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Tara, for making our trip so memorable! We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.
