Monthly Rentals in South Melbourne

We stayed in Carmel’s place for three weeks while we were back in Melbourne and the place was absolutely lovely - had all the basics for a long-term stay plus a bit of everything else. The space was beautiful and location was fantastic. We also really appreciated him allowing us both flexible check-in and check-out. 100% would stay again - thanks Carmel!

A wonderful apartment for my visit. Home from home for a week of work in Melbourne. Everything was just wonderful and very comfy bed. We didn't need to use the extra room but to have a second bedroom will be brilliant when I return with family. James was always so proactive in replying to any of our queries and the manual in the apartment helped. The air-conditioning in the living room was a lovely relief on hotter days. With a tram stop near the outside of the unit it was easy to travel all over and local shops a short walk away meant I got to enjoy using the well set up kitchen. Birdsong from Albert Park in the morning is a highlight as was the view across to the city skyline. Thank you James we will absolutely be back!!!!

This is one of the best stays in Melbourne! The location is perfect—just a short distance from NGV and MCAA, and also close to the Royal Botanic Gardens. The view overlooking the Shrine of Remembrance is beautiful. Plus, the host was kind and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, making it a great option for long-term stays as well. Highly recommended!

It was lovely staying at Kylie's place for the second time. Clean and cosy, and close to public transport. Kylie is very responsive and friendly as well. Highly recommended!
