Holiday rentals with beach access in South Melbourne

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

This apartment is in a great location - so easy walk to the Beach, Sandringham Village and Train Station. While the building itself is older, the apartment has been recently renovated and is comfortable and inviting. We experienced both warm and cool weather during our visit (Melbourne huh!!) and the apartment had AC to keep us cool and heating (that we didn't need but knew was available). Roger was quick to respond to the one question I asked of him on how to use something in the apartment. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location close to the Yacht club and lots of lovely cafes!! We had a great first little getaway with our new baby and his grandparents. Such a beautiful house.

Not much to add to all the other 5 star reviews! Helpful host..so great to find oil_herbs coffee pods and lots of other basics in the cupboard. Very comfy flat,short walk to beach and pier. no 12 tram into town takes a while but is so close and convenient we lived it!

The place was very close to the beach as well as the tram, which was perfect for our visit. Courtney Jade's place looked just like the photos and everything was very clean and cozy!

Rosalie’s lovely apartment had beautiful bay views and was very convenient for local restaurants and the trains. The beds were very comfy.

Loved staying here and really enjoyed the growth of a suburb like Gardenvale So close to the water and a short train ride to the heart of the city. Fantastic and can't wait to stay again.

The house was great. It was just what we needed for out group of 7. Cosy and comfortable house with all that you need. close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets which was perfect. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Acland St and the Palais. James was a great host. Response to any questions and messages was quick, offered great suggestions for restaurants and parking etc. House was comfortable, beds were lovely and cosy. We all enjoyed our stay. (all wished we has stayed another night hehehe) Would definitely recommend to others for a short overnight stay or longer multi night stay. Thanks for making it so easy James..

Wonderful stay in Port Melbourne, perfect for short or long stays. Spacious home with great natural light, cooling and heating. Fast internet, cozy bedrooms and clean kitchen with plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all walking distance and was a perfect location for my time while attending the Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix. Highly recommend this stay, will be back hopefully the next time I'm up for the GP or planning a long stay with family. Thanks Gabrielle!

Graci was very responsive and helpful during the booking and stay. The property was very clean, very functional and had everything needed for our stay. There was plenty of space inside but having the outdoor areas was a bonus. The location is very peaceful but also walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Highly recommended.

Justva short note. To say that. The place was excellent and wanted for nothing. The location wss excellent. The place was neat and clean. The walks around the lake Cherry is beautiful We are cyclists and did a few hundred kilometers on the never ending paths around Altona The weather was excellent. But I dont think that Kate&Juluan had anything to do with this 🤔 Finally we cane here to visit our Daughter and our new 5.5 month old Grand Aon. And we definitely will stay here again.

Hayley is a great host, her apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you need during your stay. Hayley even left us some MYKI transport cards so we could get about. This is a great location, very easy to walk to St.Kilda Pier and beach. Would definitely recommend Hayley's apartment.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

Andrew & Ros were great! Easy to deal with, flexible nice. The apartment was great for us, with family of 5. Close to the beach, parking onsite, close to the city, pool onsite. Would definitely book this place again!

We had a fabulous time at Rueben’s place in Brighton. The unit is beautifully appointed. Rueben, Sookie and Vinola were lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location, close to the beach and public transport. Suited our needs for what we were in Melbourne for. Quiet street and location.

Very comfortable 2 bed and 2 bath apartment right in a cbd. Clean and tidy place with all you need. The view is amazing. Everything you need walking distance. It’s next to the central train station and you probably need an earplugs if you are not used the city noise.

Stayed here for a few nights. A great location, walking distance from the city or the brilliant tram service if preferred. Incredible views of the city. Jim was very flexible and helpful; allowing us to drop our bags off early, and check in as soon as possible.
