Townhouse holiday rentals in South Goa

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From Dabolim Airport, it took about an hour by taxi (₹1,200–₹1,500). The location pin might drop you at a hotel—just walk to the pool, turn left, and it’s on the left. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a TV, washing machine, and all essentials. The host’s assistant gave me a helpful tour and showed me how everything worked. There are extra keys to lock bedrooms for added security. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, making it a great spot. I lost my wallet during my stay, and Jonathan was incredibly helpful in assisting me. Overall, this is a great place, and I’d highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back. This place felt just like home with the colva beach at a walkable distance from the stay it was quite fun..also you sleep very well here something about the homely ambiance.. the host is very polite, considerate and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this homestay for a peaceful stay at colva

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

If you want a stay closer to Calangut beach, this is a great option. The beach is around 8-10 minutes walk from the place. There are lots of shopping and eating options near by. The villa is as described in the listing. It had all amenities like washing machine, cloths drying rack, AC, Dining table, Chairs, parking space etc. It is the entire townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Hall and kitchen. All utilities are available. Host sent a helper to guide us to the entry as the lane is a bit smaller and can be missed. The parking space is small but ok for a sedan/MUV. Only thing missing was the channels in the TV as the cable was not recharged. We did not mind as we had no time for the TV. There are two balconies in the first floor and a small aread behind the kitchen. Overall, great experience with the host, house and the area. Please note that the calangut beach can get super crowded during holidays and if you like calm and quiet beaches, go to South Goa. Thanks.
