Holiday rentals with beach access in South Goa

I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

Such a beautiful apartment for such a price! It was even more beautiful in real than in the photos. If possible we would have stayed there itself for the rest of our days in goa as it was one of the most comfortable, equipped and cozy stay. So happy with our experience.

We had a great time at the property. It was exactly as it was shown in the pictures and very well maintained. The area around the property was also just like we imagined. We had the best time there. The check-in was very hassle free. Even the location was very easy to find. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here as it is actually worth it!!

This was an amazing stay, it gives you a lovely vibe that would make you feel just at home. The stay has enough fresh air flowing in and the outdoor space has great sitting areas. We enjoyed a lot of time playing carrom outdoors. The host was responsive and specially the caretaker was a great being. Would definitely come back to this property whenever we get time.

Costa Montage was truly a home away from home! Everything was walking distance from here - the beach, restaurants, and market. Our accommodation was well provided for. Everything was very clean and the place is tastefully decorated. The community is peaceful and lovely too. We absolutely loved it!

I had an amazing time staying at Mr. Roger’s place. The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Colva beach. Mr. Roger was extremely helpful, providing great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. The communication was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful traditional Goan house in private compound, close to the famous South Anjuna Beach (view of sea /sunset from terrace) but still quiet and private. Really comfortable, with friendly, super-helpful caretaker who tended to all our needs. Cezar himself was also very attentive, bringing biscuits and local cake to welcome us, making recommendations and checking in during our stay. When I said how much my wife had liked the cake he brought us, he had a packaged one delivered for us to take home with us! I'm sure you can find cheaper accommodation in Anjuna, but for us this was definitely worth the extra. Would recommend without reservation. Thanks for great stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. A well equipped place, in a peaceful locality, which is just a few minutes walk away from the beach. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, which is best suited for a couple. Pritika (the host) has a cafe set up right next door, which means help is available whenever you need it! Agonda beach itself is a quiet and lovely beach, if peace and relaxation are what you are after. One thing to note though - only Jio works in the area. So if UPI payments are your thing, then you might face issues with Vodafone & Airtel. There is an HDFC ATM on the main access road for the beach, which can help! Lovely stay for the two of us, overall. Can't wait to be back!

Absolutely amazing stay 11/10 I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alex’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the cozy bedding to the fully equipped kitchen, everything was top-notch. It was clear that Alex put a lot of care into ensuring guests have the best possible experience. What really set this stay apart, though, was Alex’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to offer local recommendations and ensure we were comfortable The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The studio was cozy, spotlessly clean, and had great vibes. It was well-equipped with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully furnished kitchen. The internet was fast, which was a big plus. There were books and a guide to nearby tourist attractions, which added a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Ashwem Beach, with multiple restaurants nearby. Lipy, the host, went above and beyond by helping us rent a scooter and book a taxi. Thanks to this wonderful stay, our Goa trip was truly memorable!

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

We loved our stay at Anand's place. Very spacious in a peaceful, tranquil setting. Perfect getaway from noisy Mumbai. Loved the balcony for morning coffee with views of lush greenery. Definitely would stay again.

Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The apartment was perfect for us – clean and perfect location. The host was kind enough to let us check out later since our train was in the evening. We can highly recommend this place!

Right from the time I got in touch with the host through airbnb, there was perceptible warmth in communication. Madhwendra was always available and some times prompt in reaching out once a message was kept. We 4 friends were having a bachelors get together after 45 years and we could get everything we were looking for. The location is excellent - close to a quiet beach, small community and full privacy, clear SOP's every where, very efficient and warm care taker. Madhwendra can be reached out for any help - travel food, places to see, get service providers, value for money suggestions. All in all we 4 four had a rocking time and felt that we could have planned for couple of more days. I will recommend to all those who are looking for more on a pocket friendly budget and I will go there next time, I visit Goa. Thanks Madhwendra, and a big shout out for Soni - the amazing care taker, and Santosh our cab driver.

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
