Holiday rentals with beach access in Sosua Beach

I echo what others have said about how beautiful Lucia’s condo is and how responsive she is as a host. The furnishings are lovely - especially the large daybeds inside and on the patio. This is definitely a family-oriented complex with lots of children, and some nights at the resto/bar went late and were quite loud, but it is otherwise a fairly peaceful environment.

This place is beautiful definitely one of the best in Sosua, the pictures do not show a true accurate beauty of the place, and Ramon was great very responsive, and solved all my minor issues like check-in earlier than the schedule time. I will definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this place to any one looking for a nice place to stay.

My husband and I just got back from 3 weeks at Francois' condo. The condo is very clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. There were lots of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the roof top deck was a great spot for suppers with a great view. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We loved the location of the condo. Very walkable to town for groceries or a nice meal at the restaurants in town and we felt safe walking home along the beach after supper in town. The grounds and pool at this complex are pristine. There is staff there taking care of the pool and landscaping all the time. We really enjoyed getting to sit around the pool in the afternoons and watch the kite surfing right in front of the condo. The staff at the condo were friendly and helpful and Francois was very responsive, usually answering our questions within an hour or 2. We have been to Cabarete before and love it here. Next time we come back we will definitely stay here!

Tom’s place is a group of apartments that have a nice pool in the center. There’s great landscaping and shade around the complex. It’s near the road, but you don’t hear any noise and it’s quite cozy and I would jump at the chance to stay there again . There’s a lovely walk through the small gated community right to the beach . The beachfront is shared by the entire community and has a pleasant shady grassy area overlooking the sand and an incredible view that seems to have a steady perfect breeze over the bay . Overall, a super peaceful stay, and I really appreciated the way the apartment was designed and decorated, and my favorite thing was hanging out beachfront, which was a 4 minute walk !

Great location, great price ($428 for 2 week nights split between 4) Tasha was very flexible with the check out. We held our bags there while her cleaning crew worked and we got breakfast and lunch before leaving our last night. Super secure and chill would definitely rebook

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

Nice location. Close to the beach, grocery store, bakery and restaurants. A few dogs barking but that's everywhere in Cabarete. Enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Visit D.R. to visit family every few months & this place stood out! Will be staying and recommending this place. Stayed here for 2 weeks and looking forward to staying longer next time. Peaceful, quaint and very large with all amenities felt like I didn’t even leave home.

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. My family had a great time

I’ve been traveling to DR for years and this has to be the best stay I’ve have so far. The house is beautiful, looks like the pictures, it’s secluded and has its only privacy. No complaints about music or noise. Ethan’s host Andrew was the best, he was friendly, on top of everything, very very helpful. I would love to stay at this location again, hands down a 5 star experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at Steve's home in SHR with our family of 10, including our 3yr old. After spending a week, I can confidently say we should have stayed longer, and we absolutely would come back in a second to stay here again. The layout of the house is perfect with two different wings giving a feeling of privacy with large groups (10 of us) while still giving lots of shared, fun space to spend with family and friends. While the home is not new, it is well appointed with beautiful decor, and a very nice kitchen perfect for cooking, snacking, etc. And the BBQ was a huge plus for us. The community is absolutely incredible. Very safe, maintained impeccably, and appointed with an absolutely beautiful pool (walking distance) and seaside restaurant you might see in magazine. Also tennis + pickleball facility was great! We loved the location reaching most locations within 10 mins by car. Steve was an amazing host. For us this was the perfect stay and we'd highly suggest!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

Faby and Jeff have a wonderful apartment on the top floor of the blue houses in the Victorian complex. The complex is clean, has a pool, a jacuzzi (no idea whether hot or cold) and is maintained almost daily. All the staff are helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few weeks here. We only used the coffee machine and toaster at breakfast. Since we had a rental car, it was easy for us to drive to Cabarete or Sosua or Puerto Plata for lunch/dinner. We really enjoyed the apartment.

This was our second time staying here. Patti is a wonderful host. She is responsive to any issue that may come up. We spent 2 weeks this time around and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you for being part of another wonderful stay in Cabarete!

Our stay was incredible! This beautiful apartment is extremely spacious! The walk in closets and huge bathrooms were big pluses! It opens right up to the grass and pool area where there is a huge playground that my kids loved and a beautiful relaxing pool, 2 jacuzzis and shallow kids pool. The pool bar is great and you can order from the delicious restaurant next door. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has way more than even my own kitchen has, and has central air conditioning! The temperature was always pleasant and was easy to control ourselves! The dishwasher and drinking water right at the sink were great! We had the time of our lives and LOVED this place. It was perfect for our family and a beautiful vacation especially for families with kids. 1000% recommend!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Richards very spacious condo. We stayed between 23 Aug - 6 Sept 2024. Very clean and had all of the essentials. Pool and grounds very clean and well maintained. Richard is a great host and very responsive and proactive. Location is central so easy access to beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended
