Holiday rentals with beach access in Dominican Republic

We all loved our stay, the apartments are beautiful. Up to date entertainment. There were lots of thoughtful bits to help make our stay even better like foldable chairs to take to the beach which is like a minute walk a at if that. The security staff were super helpful and friendly also like Romone so helpful. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints at all.

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location to explore the town and Beaches of Rio San Juan. Comfortable apartment, comfy beds and refreshing air conditioning. Views of the beach and sunset!

I have stayed many times at Emil’s place. The location is superb. One of the best beaches in the Caribbean. The staff at the resort is phenomenal. The restaurant could use some new dishes, but their pizzas are delicious. Minerva who works with Emil, is like family and takes wonderful care of you during your stay. She will also cook for additional pay. Her food is outstanding. Emil is always a delight to work with, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. I will be back again soon!

The apartment is excellently equipped, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. It has all the utensils and glassware that we could require. The furniture is new and very complete. As a frequent visitor, this place is the best of those rented in Marbella.

This is the second time that we have stayed in this location. Nayelyn's associate Richie who handled the interaction with us was great again as always. Extremally helpful and very quick with responses. The apartment is located on a large beautiful end lot overlooking undeveloped land on one side which offers very enjoyable undisturbed privacy. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The property is located in Perla Marina, a gated community which is a great walkable area and direct access to a beautiful quiet beach. There are also several very good restaurants within this community offering a wide range of food choices. The community is approximately halfway between Sousa and Cabarete. We love the beach in Cabarete and the large amount of different dining options both on and off the beach there.

It was amazing! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was spot on clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Kitchen was fully equipped, we were able to cook several meals during our stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. The secondary bedroom has a very nice balcony but unfortunately it was not furnished. Overall the complex has gorgeous surroundings and the pool was wonderful, we ordered a few drinks from the bar and the service was great. Luis was very responsive and clear on instructions. We definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

One of my favorite parts of this trip to the DR was waking up before the sun and drinking coffee while overlooking the ocean at sunrise. This was a great stay and I’ll be returning when I can!

Maritza and Claudio were very communicative and responsable hosts. The place is veeeryyy clean and just as described in the listing. Pool is maintained Daily and Tony who is the person in charged of the house is always on top of everything you need. Thanks Tony! This house is everything you need for your vacation

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Martina was great. Very responsive. And the place was as advertised. Photos very accurate and living space is large, with ten steps to the pool. The kitchen was one of the best we've encountered and fully stocked from an equipment standpoint

Really a wonderful place to stay in Casa de Campo! Loved being right on the Marina and the proximity to the shops and restaurants located there. Was perfect for our visit!

Had an amazing time here, felt right at home, everything was at walking distance and the beach was only a minute away which is a huge plus. The host also provides so many things, including a wagon and cooler, for the beach.

Everything was great, just a few recommendations #1 having the two controls of the room's air #2 Luna de la room had not corcha just the damaged one And #3 more bath towels But if I recommend a place it is playful not so far from a beautiful beach

This is our second stay at Giovanni's condo, with a family of 5, and we are still as satisfied. The roof terrace and swing are much appreciated. Several excursions are possible, 10 minutes by taxi, whether it is the beautiful beaches of Sosua and Alicia, that of Cabarete, the Seahorse Ranch market, and excellent restaurants, etc. JustAddRice's services complete the food offer. Thanks to Giovanni and Angele for their quick answers to our questions. We'll be back next year! Francine and family.

Amazing stay, a shame that our itinerary only included two days at this place because it was spectacular. Everything clean, tidy, well decorated, excellent for a quiet family vacation. We are all in the family very pleased. Yani, the girl who received us always very kind and attentive to anything we might need. Thank you very much Carmen, you were an excellent host. We all found it as described when we decided to rent in this place.

Hilltop is the perfect location near private beach. Apartment/condo was definitely better than expected
