Waterfront holiday rentals in Sosua Beach

The residence is very comfortable. The beds are good. The private beach is also enjoyable. Bring a mask, snorkel, and a floating buoy as you can swim out to the reef. The downside of this is the party boats that dock and play loud music sitting just offshore. The toaster is shot and needs replacing. I know they area has had a problem with guests stilling knives, but the ones in the unit would have trouble cutting hard butter. If you would want to, You can rent a scooter or Quad, right across the street.

Great oceanfront apartment in the bustling town of Cabarete. Super location on the water in walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, night spots and water sports all along the coast line. Maarja was a great host, super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you!!

This was our second time staying at Eric's condo in Cabarete. It was just as amazing as the first time. The property is clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Location is perfect, close to the beach and close to the town. Eric and his manager are very responsive and this time they went above and beyond. Due to the weather there was some issues with the road to the airport on the day part of our party was arriving. They let us know of the issues and kept us updated on the situation. We really appreciated how on top of it all they were. We would definitely stay again.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had a great view of the Ocean and beach and was within walking of many restaurants. Trisha was great in showing the apartment and explained how everything worked. Had great security 24 hours in gated area for the safe parking of the car.

We stayed for five nights and had a great experience. Cristina was our contact throughout our stay, and she was very responsive to any need that we had. The photos are very accurate. The place is quiet with an ocean view and easy beach access. The two pools are a great place to hang out, with a poolside restaurant with reasonably priced food. The location is also convenient to both Sosua and Cabarete for restaurants, beaches, groceries, etc.

Oliver’s space accommodated my family very well. They loved the space, the pool and how cleaned and comfy everything was. 100% recommend this space

The house is as seen in the photo, the attentions from Andrew and his father were excellent, the location is very good, I recommend this villa, it is suitable for families and for people looking for rest and tranquility, I would definitely book it again.

Myself and our family had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place for the holidays. The house was better than we expected and the location was perfect for us. She was very helpful and responsive in booking the trip and helped to handle a weather related problem. We hired the chefs she recommended, Carmen and Daniel, who kept us happily fed (including a vegetarian) all week. We would give them 5 stars as well! Overall, we highly recommend Martina’s beautiful home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place, close enough to walk to center of Cabarete but far away enough to be quiet at night.

This home was exactly as described and a perfect stay for our trip! The location was great—close enough to travel for the day but also in a nice, relaxing area. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. Inside, the home was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen to cook some meals made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. Great house in a walkable neighborhood, will return again

Although we got a little lost at first Pedro was very quick to give us proper guidance. Everything was operational and organized. The house is clean and comfortable. Everything works and the pool is very clean. Pool maintenance even stopped by during our stay. Had no issues with getting in and out of village. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place is as described and it felt like our new home. We felt very safe, and our host Franchesca was very professional and responsive, which made for a very stress free experience. We are definitely coming back.

Very clean and attentive service by the rental staff. Efficient restaurant reservations. I have stayed in Cabarate over the past decade and Seawinds is up there with the best accommodations. Adding a more consistent pool bar would be my only suggestion, but Tuva bartenders, when they are there, are amazing.

Our daughters loved Jenni’s place. Beautifully decorated yet casual and comfortable. The views from the balconies were outstanding! Everything was in good working order. And Jenni always responded quickly to any questions we had. The Seawinds property is incredibly beautiful with an outstanding staff that keeps it pristine including the large pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely a 5-Star experience!

Had a great time at robs airbnb. Perfect location. Walkable distance to everything. Just like the pictures. Big and spacious. AC felt great. Great atmosphere. Great hospitality. Roberto will definitely make sure you don’t get taken advantage of. Great host. Will be back.

The place was nice and big with all the necessities. All the restaurants were walkable through the beach or town. Would definitely stay again.

We never got to stay at Surin unfortunately as our trip was canceled but she was very helpful with communicating with us and giving us special offer for next time when we are able to travel.

Has everything you need for short or long term stays. Place is clean and comfortable. Touristic sites are close by. Luis has great recommendations. Will definitely come back
