Beachfront holiday rental in Soğucak

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

George is a great host. Both the place and the house were amazing. It is a seaside house offering privacy in different rooms. The garden was a useful gathering space. The nights were quiet and with full of the sounds of the waves.

The house is very nicely located, close to the public parking and the center, but still in a wonderfully quiet environment. This was the second time we rented this house and felt like "coming home" to us. All necessities are provided in and around the house for a relaxing holidays. Also, the house has a patio with furniture where we could relax and have breakfast. The kitchen also offers plenty of opportunities to prepare a meal at home. Dimitrios is a "super host" for us, after arrival he checks immediately if everything went well and if there are any questions or concerns. If you have any questions, he responds very quickly and always comes with solutions. We enjoyed our stay again and will definitely be back!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

SeaView, was amazing, traditional style, nicely renovated apartment. The view was so very special. The 2 min walk to the beach was easy and perfect. There are lovely taverns to eat, my fav was the family tavern. Best beach bar Noya to relax on comfy chairs and listen to nice music. Best of all Chris was very responsive and left us beautiful home made and grown treats like marmalade, cherry tomatoes, figs and olives along with some lovely bread.

This is a very good place to stay, my family of 7, the beds are enough, there is a kitchen for cooking, which has complete equipment, in front of our house there is also the best atmosphere of the sea, the host is very welcoming and always helps, recommended.

Stella was very helpful, gave me all the information I needed and communication went smoothly. Welcome gifts were waiting for me in the studio. The view from the studio is fantastic, the location is quiet and yet only a few minutes away from a restaurant, a small store and hiking trails. The sea is on the doorstep. I would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much!

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

We enjoyed the holiday very much. The hosts are extremely helpful and very likeable. This was the best experience we've had on Airbnb so far. We were even greeted by Hanna personally at Samos airport and also during the stay in the beautiful villa with an amazing view of the sea, we were provided with more information and tips for a beautiful holiday. There was also nothing missing upon arrival. The hosts were so nice and even left us a few culinary touches in the fridge to start our vacation and during the holiday we were even surprised with a freshly baked apple pie. At the end of the holiday, we wanted to take a taxi to the airport - but Hanna offered to be driven by her husband Mirko - just great this service and the hospitality. We can 100% recommend the hosts and would come back any time. Thanks

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 of 10 :)

Paradise apartment is in a fantastic place, stunning views and quiet location while the coziness of Kokkari is at your fingertips. The apartment is fine, nice little kitchen and good A/C's. The bathroom is on the small side, but we also shower especially outside at the pool. By the way, it is a very good swimming pool, sufficiently large and also deep. If you walk down to the apartment, you will get to a kind of private (pebble)beach, very ydillisch within 7 minutes. There are no chairs so you can't lie there. Mania is a great hostess who has good tips for beaches, getaways and restaurants. We even got a souvenir from her.

First of all, the host immediately helps with the issue. The location of the house is very good, calm and close to the sea and the market. Overall, the house has a nice pool and cleanliness. What I can say is that there is no air conditioning in 2 rooms, it is a bit of a problem, the running water is running salty (it is not related to the house, it is that in that area). The deficiencies I said are huge and not a problem. We had a very comfortable and nice holiday with 3 families and 2 children. I would also like to thank Ms. Damla and recommend her to those who want to rent the house.

It was a vacation and stay that we were very satisfied with. The items were both beautiful and new. There was one fan in addition to the air conditioning; we were also satisfied with the cooling. We found everything we needed in the house. Having indoor parking was a great benefit as well. The compound pool was also clean and had a decent environment. Great location of the house! You're on the beach in a minute on foot. It is also a 1-2 minute walk to restaurants, migrosa, bagel palace, atms, taxi station. We recommend Mr. Serdar's house to everyone; we would definitely want to stay here again :)

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

We were very comfortable in this lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, air conditioners in every room, very clean. It was quiet and at the same time close to the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

If you love the sea, this is the place to be! Stayed with another couple and we all agreed Martha’s place is magical and fell in love with Kokarri. The location on the beach and in walking distance to everything you could possibly need is perfect. We had some difficulties finding the Airbnb (our fault) and then proceeded to blow a fuse, again our fault, but Martha and her team were extremely helpful and quick to resolve our issues. 1000% recommend. We are plotting our return.

We stayed 12 nights, we alternated days away from home and days at the beach in front of the house. The weather on the beach , including umbrellas and sun loungers at guests' disposal (without having to pay them) was very relaxing, the sea for a couple of days is not great because of the current probably because of the electricity but the other days it was very clean!! There are even fish as soon as you enter the water, the house is cleaned every 2 days with a change of sheets and towels. In the convenience store area and pitagorion neighborhood 5 minutes by car, where you have a choice of restaurants. It's nice to walk outside the sea adjacent to the house. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. Recommended, to go back.

This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Emilios and Stefanos were really really friendly and kind. They answered really quick and were forthcoming. They were really flexible with the check in time and had little welcoming gifts for us. ☺️ The area is super nice and beautiful!

Loukia ve Luka... very sweet and friendly couple. We never felt like strangers with their friendly and pleasant conversations from the first day to the last day. Small gestures made for guests are not overlooked. Everything in your own home was available inside the apartment. The bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom were perfect... there are all kinds of utensils, from spices to oil for those who want to cook. due to the location of the house, the brightness of the beach and the beauty of nature gave us a magnificent holiday. A pleasant space has been created, equipped with amenities you can't find on every beach in their own coastal area. The location of the house, which is within walking distance of the port of Vathy, was very easy to find. The fact that it is close to everywhere (max. 15 minutes) and we did not even hear the need to rent a car. There is a public beach where you can walk to one side, and in the other direction there are restaurants, markets and bakeries all the way to the center. I will go back to this place that offers different amenities for those who want to explore

A great stay. Studio equipped with all basic comforts. Very clean, air conditioning, fan on the ceiling and a nice balcony. Everything sparkling clean, including the hallway and the stairs. The host super friendly and helpful. Street is cozy with the bakery that is already open at 7 am. Get fresh croissant and get your first coffee on the bench. Holiday feeling at its best. The supermarket is next to the studio and I think it's the best restaurant in Kokkari; The beer tavern! The village is cozy and the beach is approximately a 5-minute walk. The sea is phenomenal and nice for swimming. I came here for a week of rest and come to myself, armed with two books and this worked out. Staring at the sea and then again in my book. A Greek salad with a Samos wine on the terrace and in the evening filled dorade food at the neighbors (the beer tavern) Absolutely recommended. A 10 for Dimitris and Eirini.
