Holiday rentals with a patio in Sfakaki

Delighted by this 8-day stay where despite my obligations to work, has always had Wifi. This studio located on the lower ground floor is as described and enjoys excellent value for money, as there is a pool service in addition with others. Neighbors are discreet, respectful, friendly. Convenience stores are super touching by their kindness. Great location between several major cities. I recommend this choice. I'll even be ready to come back. My downside was his contact person. Finished the stay on a negative note. It's unique to her, not the place. She was not present at my check-in although she arrived on time at the place di5 immediately and joined immediately. On the other hand, to recover the money from the tourist tax, Mrs. informs me 1 hour before departure (I confess that unfortunately had been taken to me) and unexpectedly disembarked 10 minutes after I told her that I was not informed. Host was a gentleman. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. Beautiful lovingly furnished apartment in the middle of the mountain village of Myrthios. Terrace with sea view and hungry cuddly cats. The rock walls inside are simply great. Also the rest of the decor very tasteful. I would only shield the children's bunk beds in the central room with a curtain, as they already convey some very country school atmosphere in the middle of the house, you always come by here. But that's not a big deal. Keep in mind: From the beginning of November, all restaurants in Myrthios will be closed and the pool is also not operational. Prices are lower in the fall. Yes and you go to the house a little but doable. Lefteri helped us tow luggage to the house. We made it back on our own. No traffic noise or exhaust fumes and an authentic location in the upper part of the village. I can very well imagine vacationing there again.

We have enjoyed ourselves a lot this trip! Irini has provided useful information about transportation and other facilities. She has responded quickly and was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Beautiful accommodation, nice location in relation to the airport and seaside resort. Through a shortcut you can walk to the seaside resort in 10 min. Communication with host / smart plan very smooth, respond very quickly.

We had a great family holiday in Plakias and its surroundings! Kurt's house is ideally located: quiet, above the village and close enough to the beach. The house is nicely divided and perfect for a family of teenagers. For us, it was the absolute highlight to grill on the roof terrace in the evening and watch the sunset. The pools are super looked after. The kids loved to bathe in the early evening in the autumnal darkness in the large illuminated pool. Kurt is a great host: very nice, attentive, helpful and very easily accessible! Thanks!

Great Little house in a charming mideavel town. Its located in the old town, so everything is reachable by foot. Christos is a very professional and Kind Host, he answers quickly and always helpfully. We had a Great time.

We spent 10 days in the property with our 2 1/2 year old son. The house is well equipped, and really offers everything to have a nice time in the area. The village is secluded from the hustle and bustle, but still offers 2 likeable tavernas and cafes; and in a few minutes drive you are on the beach or in one of the numerous tavernas in a neighboring village. Nektaria was a great host, always reachable. We'd love to come back !

Michael was very nice and also responded to our requests at any time, very nice cottage near a village if you want it rather quieter. Rental car recommended but all in all 5 stars.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Well renovated apartment, very spacious and with every comfort at the guests' disposal. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the sunset and a well-kept garden make it truly special. Vaia, Nikolas and the whole family were immediately available and hospitable, we remember them with affection and friendliness.

Appartment is 50m from beach. Supermarket on the corner. Beautiful promenade with lot of shops/restaurants. Private parking beside entrance!

Great apartment! Extremely clean! All the amenities listed worked flawlessly! There's parking on the street that wasn't difficult at all! The house is close to the main beach of Rethymno and the old town! All very easy and accessible!

A very well appointed & tasteful flat. You feel right at home and we could have stayed longer. In particular, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could ask for. Konstantinos and his wife were very kind and helpful. We would definitely rebook this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment was even bigger than it seemed according to the pictures. Everything was clean and cosy! Although it was the end of the touristic season, we’ve enjoyed Rethymno and its surroundings. The only downside was the noice at night, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open, but there was airco available.

My stay at Marinena’s place was perfection. The price is a really great deal for anyone travelling alone and the place is exactly as shown in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, the places has black out blinds and good airconditioning. I also worked remotely from here and the wifi just about worked for video calls with very occasional patchiness. The apartment is right by the port and a short walk from red castle - amazing food, sugar - great coffee, and the dive centre that does boat trips. I couldn’t have had a better stay - thanks Marirena!

Giorgos's home corresponded exactly to the values stated in the description. My girlfriend and I stayed there for about 10 days and felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a construction site right outside during our vacation. The noise was loud and there was a lot of dust on the balcony. However, Giorgos responded excellently and nicely to the deficiencies and also offered us a 20% discount. The communication was very friendly and we were able to quickly resolve the situation. The equipment of the apartment is perfectly sufficient for two people. You can reach the beach and some great places with a small walk of 7 minutes. The apartment was clean and well maintained. If there are two of you, you don't need a dishwasher, so we didn't feel the lack of it either. For a single or couples vacation, I highly recommend this apartment. We will be happy to come back!

A fabulous apartment which you immediately feel at home in. The little touches that make you feel relaxed and comfortable are all around. The first floor apartment is in a nice area a short stroll from the old town. The beach is a few metres down the road and there are plenty of good restaurants and takeaways in the immediate area. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photographs and has a large accessible balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment for short or longer stays in Rethymno. And finally Stratos himself is very responsive and attentive to all requests and needs….all in all a top host with a top apartment.

A well appointed home with a lovely private courtyard. The seating area was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped enabling us to cook our own meals. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the beautiful bed linen. The bathroom also was well equipped and included a washing machine which proved very useful..... great shower too! Niki was a helpful, attentive and generous host responding quickly to our queries.
