Holiday rentals with a patio in Sfakaki

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. Beautiful lovingly furnished apartment in the middle of the mountain village of Myrthios. Terrace with sea view and hungry cuddly cats. The rock walls inside are simply great. Also the rest of the decor very tasteful. I would only shield the children's bunk beds in the central room with a curtain, as they already convey some very country school atmosphere in the middle of the house, you always come by here. But that's not a big deal. Keep in mind: From the beginning of November, all restaurants in Myrthios will be closed and the pool is also not operational. Prices are lower in the fall. Yes and you go to the house a little but doable. Lefteri helped us tow luggage to the house. We made it back on our own. No traffic noise or exhaust fumes and an authentic location in the upper part of the village. I can very well imagine vacationing there again.

We have enjoyed ourselves a lot this trip! Irini has provided useful information about transportation and other facilities. She has responded quickly and was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend

We had a 4 night stay at this place in September 2024. Nadine picked us up at the agreed meeting point and showed us the way to the accommodation. For those who want to relax in the middle of olive groves for a few days, this is just the thing. Restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car, supermarkets and bakers are also close to the car. We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable in the house.

Beautiful accommodation, nice location in relation to the airport and seaside resort. Through a shortcut you can walk to the seaside resort in 10 min. Communication with host / smart plan very smooth, respond very quickly.

Great Little house in a charming mideavel town. Its located in the old town, so everything is reachable by foot. Christos is a very professional and Kind Host, he answers quickly and always helpfully. We had a Great time.

Michael was very nice and also responded to our requests at any time, very nice cottage near a village if you want it rather quieter. Rental car recommended but all in all 5 stars.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Well renovated apartment, very spacious and with every comfort at the guests' disposal. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can admire the sunset and a well-kept garden make it truly special. Vaia, Nikolas and the whole family were immediately available and hospitable, we remember them with affection and friendliness.

The apartment unit is beautiful, very modern, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe walking around. We rented a car and there were lots of free street parking available. John and Anastasia were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly which we appreciated very much. We had a wonderful stay in Chania and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The appartment was even bigger than it seemed according to the pictures. Everything was clean and cosy! Although it was the end of the touristic season, we’ve enjoyed Rethymno and its surroundings. The only downside was the noice at night, so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open, but there was airco available.

The apartment was everything the pictures and description promised. It is bright, spacious & including a large terrace that offers you an amazing view on the Λεφκά Όρη (White Mountains). It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and a 20 min walk will bring you to the old center. Car parking in the street has not been a problem at all. At my arrival Andonis welcomed me and showed me the loft. I stayed for one month and during that time he has been very responsive to any request I had. His family lives in the same building and are very warm hearted people. Especially Maria – Andonis’ mother – is a truly kind person not only sharing her deliciously homemade food but also telling me about Cretan life in earlier times. Do not hesitate to come to this place – it will surely be an unforgettable experience.

The apartment is as described , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, easy access from the bus station, public bus no. 11, ticket zone A, while the walk towards the center is a pleasure because you walk practically all the time by the water. Very good contact with the owner of the apartment. To top it off, we were with a few months old baby, it was the need for a crib to sleep and here the biggest surprise, and it's a gigantic plus for the owner...because he just bought a crib for us, which is no extra bed or a tourist crib, and the truest wooden crib that met our expectations. Thank you😀 I recommend with all my heart and we will definitely come back 😀

A fabulous apartment which you immediately feel at home in. The little touches that make you feel relaxed and comfortable are all around. The first floor apartment is in a nice area a short stroll from the old town. The beach is a few metres down the road and there are plenty of good restaurants and takeaways in the immediate area. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photographs and has a large accessible balcony. I would highly recommend this apartment for short or longer stays in Rethymno. And finally Stratos himself is very responsive and attentive to all requests and needs….all in all a top host with a top apartment.

A very spacious apartment with neat decoration that immerses you in Greek culture. Very functional and well equipped. A huge panoramic balcony that offers a beautiful view of the city. Quiet. It was a great place to live for a week!
