Great stay home from home, everything you need and that bit extra. Jan is always quick to respond (even on holiday). The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with good instructions on how everything works and recommendations on where to go and eat.

We’re not long home from a very comfortable week spent in Ben’s spacious and well-located flat, which manages to be calm & quiet while also being pretty close to many of Edinburgh’s major attractions and loads of great bars and restaurants (we can particularly recommend the Cloisters bar and Hendersons veggie restaurant). Everything was straightforward and as described. Thanks Ben for hosting us!

This is a beautiful and cosy apartment in an amazing location. It is close to the tram connections but also walking distance to everything if you choose. I would recommend staying here.

Paula and Robbie's place is compact and comfortable with everything needed. It was warm and we lacked for nothing. It was everything that they described and they were wonderful communicators. We would recommend their flat.

The house is in Baberton, which is perfect location if you want to combine Edinburgh with its surroundings. It takes only 30 mins by bus to get to the city centre. And if you want to drive out of the city, you are just minute’s drive from the highway. Steven and Gillian provided very useful tips about the local sightseeing and they were always very helpful for any question which we had. Their manual in the house is very detailed and provided us with all necessary info as well. We really appreciated the work they put into it. Btw thank you so much for the tip to visit Pentland Hills Regional park - it is really beautiful! We very much appreciated the equipment in the house - the full equipped kitchen, the starter food (toast bread, butter, marmelade, milk and cornflakes, but also oil, coffee, tea, sugar and basic seasoning). Although I knew it from the description and also other reviews, the house is in fact very small. But everything else will compensate for that. The privacy is TOP

Great stay for the price. If you are out and about then this is perfect for a base and the walk to the main sites was easy. Friendly hosts and very responsive. Suited our visit with our dogs as had plenty of space inside and the parking space was handy. Would stay again :)

Stayed at Skye’s place for a week over the New Years period and could not recommend it enough ! Check in was extremely easy, place is spacious and clean, and looks exactly like the photos. Is roughly a 10 minute walk from the Old Town so you have privacy and are away from the bustling city, but close enough you don’t need public transport. All the extras Skye included made the place feel really homely. Would definately stay again.

The apartment is stunning, with everything you could want for a cosy, stylish stay in freezing January. The location was great for the University and Arthur's seat, not to mention Hollyrood distillery! Ben was great on communication; highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! The location is perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to bus station that connects easily to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family. Eleanor is incredibly hospitable, kind, and welcoming. She made sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived and was always approachable if we had any questions during our stay. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again in the future!

Came here for a little pre Christmas trip away, Claire’s place is perfect with many beautiful places to visit nearby! Very clean and cute, felt right at home! Claire was easy to communicate with, would highly recommend her place to anyone

We dropped on Eilidh & Matthew’s place for New Year, and it was perfect! It’s only a short walk to Edinburgh Castle and the surrounding areas, but far enough away from the centre to be nice and quiet even over what should be the busiest time of year for the city! The flat was lovely and clean, with every amenity you could need for either a short or long term stay. When we visit Edinburgh again I’d definitely check to see if this flat is available. Thank you so much for making the New Year so memorable 🥳

We loved our stay in this cozy BnB! The appartment has everything you need including all necessary bath and kitchen items. The connection to the city through bus or Tram is easy and fast. We would love to come here again in the future!

I could not recommend Anna’s apartment more highly! It is located in a brilliant part of Edinburgh. The apartment itself is gorgeous - we could’ve happily stayed for weeks! Anna has set it up so well and has thought of everything a guest would need (and has compiled one of the best house manuals I’ve ever seen!). It’s a great place for a family or a few couples. It is warm and clean and a home away from home. It is a basement apartment but has lovely natural light. Highly highly recommended!!

Lovely, spacious apartment in a great location, Jing was really helpful with all check in information. Very clean with great facilities, would definitely stay her again as it was very affordable and easily slept 8 people. Very quiet area with regular buses into town and bathrooms were great as well with good hot water and big shower.

We had a great stay at this airbnb. It was located in a great spot near the local attractions. The pictures of the accommodation were accurate. Khanna was quick to respond to messages and helpful, and we didn't have any problems with our stay. I would recommend this airbnb!

Lovely place to stay. I don't think anyone was staying in the other rooms while i was there so it was very quiet.

Sabrina was so kind and welcoming. She was flexible with our luggage and was so courteous.

What a lovely place, it is exactly what you imagine it will be like. Newly renovated, fresh and cosy. Couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. This is ideal for us, just a nice short drive from Edinburgh. We will be back at some point. Thank You

A lovely little stay in Innerleithen, fantastic location 30 seconds from the high street. Great hot tub, wonderful hosts and fully equipped with all amenities, would absolutely recommend
