Lokesh is an amazing host. He even attended our call on new year night when our bike had a flat tire and arranged another option immediately so we could celebrate our new year beautifully. Would recommend to everyone looking for a peaceful place to stay for vacation staycation etc.

I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 8 month old daughter. The place is clean, all the listed amenities were available which made the stay feel like home. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, yet a short drive to most beaches and the city. Supermarkets, restaurants and a Mall is there at walkable distance. The apartments is designed in such a way that we can't hear any sound from neighbours, it felt so private, after three days only we found there are people in adjacent apartments, we thought it was vacant. Highly recommended if you are looking for private peaceful stay.

Amazing place. The place looks exactly like in the images. It truly feels like home. When compared to other places which only offer a stove and cooker as kitchenware, this place has everything one needs for a fully functional kitchen. The location is peaceful - away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Overall a 10/10 in every aspect

This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical during Christmas, with charming old Portuguese-style houses adorned with festive decorations. A simple walk through the village is refreshing, and everything you need is within a 10-minute walk or drive. The property itself is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine and a fully-stocked kitchen for cooking. Surrounded by lush greenery and located by the riverside, the property offers a serene environment. The free ferry rides add an extra touch of charm and adventure. Eshwar, the host, is exceptional—always available to assist and provide guidance, making your stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place to relax, soak in the authentic Goan village vibe, and simply enjoy life, this is the perfect spot.
