A short 24-hour stopover, the place is beautiful. Restful, peaceful... Everything was perfect, we were able to access the apartment before time. The view is breathtaking 🤩🤩

Wonderful apartment with beachside location, we stayed here for 8 days with our grandchildren and family. The apartment has plenty of space, and a well equipped Kitchen. Everything you need for,your stay washing tablets for dishwasher and plenty of t towels. Beach towels and beach equipment was available. The restaurants are right outside and very friendly staff. Supermarket and tram all within 10 minute walk. Karen booked taxi for us and responded to every question. Thanks for the lovely Holiday.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

Great 6 week stay in December and January. The gardens and general urbanization are full of palm trees and plants and maintenance crew is out everyday making sure it looks great. Big pool although quite cold in the winter, great for cold plunge. Communication w Alex and Victor very smooth. No issues inside the apartment. Huge balcony with great views was our spot for sun and lunch every day. Beds were comfortable. Shower water pressure very good. Appliances, dishwasher, clothes washer all worked well. Tram to Alicante around the corner, fruit market and grocery one block and Mercadona grocery 10 minute walk. Recommend!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

A lovely cottage with a private garden where young children can play safely. Lots of amenities in the kitchen Spacious bedrooms and a good crib and a nice high chair. All the beds were neatly made. There was plenty of heating via the air conditioning and a separate heater. Very suitable for a family stay, or for a small group. A nice spacious fridge. Herbs and spices are provided. The walking distance to the beach is for adults 5 minutes, you can go through a tunnel under the tram line. The whole house has shutters so it stays nice and dark or cool inside if you wish.

We had the pleasure of being hosted by Boris and Svetlana. Rarely received such a warm welcome, the house was spotless as well as the amenities provided (linens,bed etc .) We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable with a view from the balcony to the pool and garden with palm trees. Walking to the town along the promenade was pleasant (20-25 minutes). Matilde was easy to communicate with and kind about arriving early or leaving later, if there were no other guests.

Quiet location, on walking distance to Vilayojosa. With bus 54, easy to go to Benidorm. Apartment has all the things you need for a short stay. Nearby beach and walking tracks. Would like to come back to enjoy it once again. Helpful host which even provided transportation to Allicante airport.

it's a beautiful place, great pool, can just walk down steps to sea to snorkel and weather was awesome. it exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Natalia and Maite's apartment. The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, with the added bonus of being within easy walking distance of numerous shops and amenities. Having secure, private parking for our rental car made exploring the area so convenient and hassle-free. The apartment itself was extremely well-equipped. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and do laundry, and we really appreciated the thoughtful provision of some essential supplies to get us started. Natalia was a fantastic host, always readily available via text and offering a wealth of helpful information. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

We enjoyed in Jaime/Gloria's home very much! They provided everything in detail to us for 3 nights, can't thank them enough. In few months the harbour will be finished and I am sure it's even better. We hope seeing you again. It's difficult to leave the apartment and going back to winter again. Thank you so much!

The apartment is just beautiful and very well maintained. It is modern and absolutely tidy, which made the stay particularly pleasant. Location could not be better – less than a minute walk to the beach! Nearby there is everything you need: trash cans, restaurants, a park and numerous shopping opportunities. So you don't have to worry about anything and can fully enjoy the stay. The contact with the host was also excellent – always quick, friendly and helpful. All in all a perfect place to stay that I can absolutely recommend!

This is a very spacious apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment has excellent and very modern appliances and equipment. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The 6 lane highway that runs behind the beach makes some noise at the front of the apartment, especially if the windows/doors are open, but both bedrooms are at the back and are very peaceful. Rudi is quick to respond to messages, was accommodating with regards to an early check-in, and made sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay. The location is great for easy access to restaurants and shops etc.

The apartment is the perfect spot to explore Alicante. A little 15 min walk to the center and tram. Supermarket, cafe and bars in directly on the doorstep. All was like described and Antonio was very responsive and allowed early check in. Thanks a lot and will consider to book it again when visiting Alicante in the future
