The house is very beautiful with designer renovation...the house was completely ready for our arrival, the owner is very friendly

Me and my family stayed here for 5 nights ( week before last in Oct) and we wished we had booked longer. The Vila was amazing , very very clean , had everything we needed there too. Kim who was there to let us in was very nice showed us around told us about the area and told me to contact him if we needed anything. All in all was a fab visit and we will be definitely returning more frequently for sure. Thank you so much for an amazing stay x

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Beautiful traditional townhome. Gorgeous view! Hard to get to in the rain, definitely recommend only carrying backpacks up the hill. We found parking free down the hill. It was very cold (January, so expected), and we needed help getting the gas heaters figured out but helpers came and we got it sorted! Very comfortable bed and fantastic hot shower. Lovely welcome with wine, bread and jamón! Gracias! Definitely will repeat when in Finestrat!

Great place to stay! We spend 16 days here and it really felt like home. We got new bed sheets (didn’t asked for it). House is big enough. Very clean. Great host. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Grego’s place was wonderful. My family and I had a great time, his home is very well maintained and very clean. We had everything we needed and more! Very nice place to stay. And the views were amazing. We will definitely come back in the future. We loved Tibi. Thank you Grego:)

We’ve spend a WHOLE MONTH and haven’t missed anything from our home. The house is perfectly equipped for a living, location walkable everywhere so you don’t need to rent a car if you don’t want to ! Alexander is super friendly and quick to respond. Thank you !

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to live in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and cozy. Exteriors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball available. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, holidays with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

We were a group of eight golfers. We found the house very spacious and pleasant. A separate little building with a kitchen and woodburning grill beside the swimming pool made our experience complete. Cristian was very helpful in every way. An example: we had problems ordering taxis for our group as the dispatcher spoke little english. A call to Cristian paved the way to getting us two taxis.

Very clean and tidy apartments. Everything matches the description and photos. There is a nice beach not far away, and plenty of space for walking. A covered parking spot is also available. Thank you, we enjoyed everything. Highly recommended to everyone!

Great villa, in a great location with selection of supermarkets nearby. One thing to note is nearest supermarket open on a Sunday is a 40 minute walk away. Host was very responsive and proactive to any issues we had. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely stay here ideal for a family get together for us and our grown up children Lovely pool and sheltered private gardens Great restaurants all within a 7 minute walk with lots of different cuisine to choose from The beach was a 40 minute walk or or 10 on our bikes and even in November the water was warm Would highly recommend

We had a great time at Gregoria's apartment. Very quiet with amenities and space suitable for us. Everything was very tidy and the apartment was very well equipped (kitchen, living room...). Also, she was always accessible for any questions or issues we might have (that there weren't). I would highly recommend their place to future guests.

We have rented this beautiful apartment for a week to celebrate NY as a family- it was fresh and clean and very modern. The view from the balcony and the bedroom windows is amazing - you don’t need TV :) the kitchen has all the necessary items and very good selection of glasses, plates, mugs, pots and pans. The bedrooms are very cosy and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment is in the new building which has a swimming pool (it was cold in Dec-Jan but still nice) and is gated so you feel very safe. The beach is right outside and the tram stop is very close too - it’s a short ride to the city center. You can also get a taxi to the center - it will take less than 10 min to get there. Big supermarkets like Mercadona (the best!) and Lidl are either 1 tram stop away or 15 min walk. Overall great location and stunning views! We will miss this place and would love to come back ❤️ The owners are very friendly and super helpful - thank you so much! 🥰

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

Very spacious, clean and comfortable three bedroom/two bathroom accommodation with a patio garden. On street parking can be challenging to find, but paid for parking close by. The hosts were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. Good value accommodation within walking distance of everything within Alicante's centre and old town.

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We were like at home! We rented the house because we went to spend the weekend in Santa Pola and the truth is that a joy because the place is very beautiful, Loli is super attentive and putting only that facilities and also with the foosballs, the pin pon and everything that had been there we spent a bomb. Sure we will repeat! and next time to take advantage of that super pool that there is. Thank you!

Great place, very well equipped and gorgeous views of the sea. We would have liked to stay longer. The tram station is just down the hill, there is a small local beach and some nice restaurants.
