Holiday rentals with beach access in San Juan Playa

This is our second time at this flat, and we have had another wonderful stay here! Highly recommended.

There were four of us as a family at James's place in the beginning of November. The weather was great. 23 degrees during the day. We used basketball and tennis courts. (You would have to bring the balls and rackets.) Heated pool and hot tubs and the pool bar with kitchen was very pleasant and delicious. Gym was very popular. We did not use the sauna. We would have borrowed a bike, tried paragliders, drove scooters if we had time. Great, undisturbed view from the balcony accessible from all rooms. The 2 bathrooms was very convenient for us 4 adults! From the airport we have taxi (10 min. 17 euros). In the week we drove to the airport again and still rented a car. There were a lot of customers in the car rental but we got a car with normal price. The parking space at the place was very convenient! It was easy and very nice to communicate with James, we would love to come again in autumn-winter.

Vincent's apartment was very nice. Amazing views from the balcony, from the bedrooms and the living room. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bus and the tram stops were very close and you could also walk along the beautiful seashore walkway to the center of Alicante. Vincent and his co-host Annemaria were very friendly. There might, however, be some traffic noise from the busy street, but luckily we got used to it. We can warmly recommend Vincent's apartment to anyone interested in visiting Alicante.

Wonderful place for a stay by the sea but also with the city around the corner. Spacious apartment with everything you need. We will definitely come back here again!

Everything was perfect, the check-in and checkout instructions were very accurate, the apartment was as described, clean, close to the beach and commercial activities. Diana was a great host

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The silence, the views, the location, the communication with Patricia and Alicia, the comfort, the heating, the wifi, being able to have our but at home, o all the details (bottle of wine, coffee, everything needed in the bathroom and kitchen, etc.) have made our stay difficult to forget. We recommend it without bookings and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you very much !

We have rented this beautiful apartment for a week to celebrate NY as a family- it was fresh and clean and very modern. The view from the balcony and the bedroom windows is amazing - you don’t need TV :) the kitchen has all the necessary items and very good selection of glasses, plates, mugs, pots and pans. The bedrooms are very cosy and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment is in the new building which has a swimming pool (it was cold in Dec-Jan but still nice) and is gated so you feel very safe. The beach is right outside and the tram stop is very close too - it’s a short ride to the city center. You can also get a taxi to the center - it will take less than 10 min to get there. Big supermarkets like Mercadona (the best!) and Lidl are either 1 tram stop away or 15 min walk. Overall great location and stunning views! We will miss this place and would love to come back ❤️ The owners are very friendly and super helpful - thank you so much! 🥰

In Alicante I always stay in Urbanova and the location of Eva is really good, as I need tranquility, beautiful views and proximity to work. Thanks for your kindness and will always stay there when possible.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Asa's beautiful house. It was spotlessly clean and so well equipped in a tranquil setting with fantastic pools. The outside space is absolutely perfect being on both sides of the house so you can enjoy the sun or shade (depending on your preference) all day. Great value restaurants with good food just outside the complex. Easy transport links via bus which were very reliable and it was a real bonus to have a small supermarket and restaurant on site. The only thing to think about is the steep hill from the house to the entrance to the complex gates. This caused problems for one less-active member of our group. But don't let this put you off, it's definitely worth the walk!

Lovely traditional style house, exactly as described , excellent location, , will definitely return in the future.

Jose and Maria were excellent, they really made sure we were comfortable when the temperature dropped they brought us a blanket. They brought us a fan when we asked as well. The only thing that was tough was the mattress, it really is just a basic spring mattress that gave us trouble.

We were very comfortable in Patricia's apartment, we would definitely repeat!!

We had a wonderful time at Maria's place in Santa Pola. There were 6 of us as a family and everything worked very well. Love to come back!!!

Very nice owner and it was a nice area however, I would recommend hiring a car. We stayed New Year’s Eve up until 7th jan so not a lot open. I’d imagine it to be much more lively in the spring / summer. Other than that, I’d highly recommend it. The house was lovely with a great rooftop to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks which were spectacular! Santa pola is a must visit with the most amazing beaches and bars / restaurants. I think we will go again. 👌

Very cozy place. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for your convenience. It's nice to cook food in a cozy kitchen, the shower room is very comfortable, the bedroom sleeps well, bedding is of good quality. Everything was enough for a comfortable rest in the style of "like at home". The location is perfect, very close to everything you need and at the same time slightly on the side, closer to the park, to which the stairs lead. It creates a sense of tranquility and the opportunity to relax, bliss in the sun. A particularly cute small roof terrace where it is nice to sit in the morning for breakfast and in the evening by candlelight. The cabin provides a lot of opportunities, sometimes you don't even want to leave it. Inspired by the abundance of beautiful ceramics and furnishings. Some surprise was caused by the lack of an iron, but there is an opportunity to dry things, carefully hanging out, so it did not darken the stay. You walk barefoot in the house, all the fault of the ubiquitous beach sand. I will not look for another house for the future arrival.

Great place to stay! Hosts were really nice, helpful and attentive. It was very easy to check in. The apartment was nicely renovated, in the 9th floor of colourful 1969 building, which means fantastic view to the sea. And perfect sunset view in November-December. The apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. You can find everything you need even for a longer stay. It was also super clean, thanks for the housekeeper! There was some noise from the neighbours above and from the street, like some other reviews told. But if you are not a sensitive sleeper, that’s not a big problem. Best part was the beach, it’s really one of the best and most beautiful in Spain. The location is ideal for beach life and to enjoy picturesque, colourful atmosphere of Villajoyosa. As well as exploring Costa Blanca. Alicante tram is very convenient way to visit nearby cities, such as Altea. There was so much to see, already waiting for a next trip. We really didn’t want to leave.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

We had a wonderful week in the charming flat. The balcony is large and beautiful, ideal for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The communication was very good. Highly recommended!

How many times can you say Perfect? We’ve stayed in hundreds of Airbnb’s around the world, and without a doubt, this was one of the best! Communication, perfect! Check in, perfect! Cleanliness, perfect! Living space, perfect! Bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, perfect! Not to mention, the fabulous view, great balcony and free parking! Jaime was the perfect host! Thank you for everything…highly recommend!

The stay met our expectations. Very good communication with the host. Good location. Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Great public transport connection to the center of Alicante. You can park your car in the internal parking lot for free. And most importantly, an exclusive hot tub 😊

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
