Dino was a very nice and friendly host. The apartment is right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, great location and quiet. If I come back only here. Dino was also very flexible with check-in, he allowed us to go to the apartment earlier.

Great place, just make sure you read the instructions carefully. When you turn the heat or air conditioning on, you cannot turn on the water heater boiler or you will cause a short and you will have to go downstairs and put the breaker back up on the on position. Tip: when you leave the place turn off the heater/cooler and turn on the water heater. And when you get back to the apartment, you can turn off the water heater and turn the heater/cooler back on. Simple rule to follow and your stay will be perfect.

Great experience in Patrizia's apartment! The entire property is very well maintained, the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bikes provided to get around the area on the beautiful waterfront bike path. The possibility of using the beach spot (umbrella and sunbeds) is a plus that we really enjoyed. Ideal choice for both short and long stays. Absolutely recommended!
