Holiday houses in San Benedetto del Tronto

I was on vacation for a week with a friend. We had a great time, the apartment is very nice, bright and clean, we felt at home! Mara was super nice and always available, she met us regarding the various check-in and check-out times and advised us what to see and visit in the area and which restaurants to go to. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth returning to!!!

Recently renovated two-level apartment. 2 beautiful and quite comfortable bathrooms, the showers are not huge but comfortable, excellent water temperature management. Very clean. Comfortable. Parking in front of the door. TV is missing in the room. I'll definitely be back

Apartment with two large terraces ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing if you don't want to go to the beach... Very nice children's room, with ample space where you can store objects and clothes... Kitchen equipped with any utensils. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator, ideal for strollers, in a very quiet residential area close to the sea.

very nice and helpful hosting. very quiet place. very large, clean, tidy apartment. like being at home. air conditioning in the room and fans in the living area. it was very nice, very cool despite the August heat. I would definitely go back. to be recommended.

I had an extraordinary amazing experience. Ilaria and Egidio are awesome! Super friendly, kindly, peaceful people. You can count on them with anything you may need. The house is super well organised and clean. It’s a very great, lovely atmosphere with a beautiful view plus you can also see the ocean from there. They recommended you places to go and give you some ideas in what you can do during the day/night. Anywhere in the nature you will find mosquitos + there you can also find citronella plant and will keep it away {it really works}. They also speak Portuguese and that made it even more special. I could live there… It’s a place to reconnect with yourself! I will definitely gonna come back!! xxx

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.
