Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Saco River

Tim was a great host and the house was exactly as described. We had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the hot tub was a great way to relax between holidays. Will be back for sure!

We have been to Eric’s place a few times before this most recent trip and there is a reason we keep returning. Private, peaceful, spotlessly clean and relaxing in the hot tub on a cold winter day. Eric is also a pleasure the deal with. Highly recommended.

Spacious house (even better than the photos), lovely view, great location. Most importantly - incredibly accommodating and responsive host (flexible check in and out times). Stayed here for our annual friend group ski trip and the group all gave this house rave reviews. We would love to come back! Thank you Linda!

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

We wanted a place between Lebanon NH and Bradford VT but not too far from where we live in Maine, so this was the main reason for choosing this place. However, we were delighted as to how very clean and comfortable it was. We were cautioned about the highway behind the cabin but it was not a big deal; nice and quiet at night. We enjoyed having dinner, close by, at the Skunk Hallow Tavern and breakfast at the Hartland Diner; very much so. We give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

We had a great weekend! Plenty of space for our family. Loved having the game room..mud room is perfect..especially with the salt/snow! Hot tub enjoyed by all. Walkable distance to town:)

What a beautiful spot. We had a perfect trip. There was a small issue with the internet before we got there. Marie Josee communicated everything to us and made sure it was all taken care of. She went out of her way to get the internet fixed on a Saturday. The house is so quiet and private at the end of the road. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Our whole group was very impressed. Nice finishes, well appointed rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Can't say enough good things about it.

This Villa at Trapp Family Lodge is large and comfortable. It fullfills all the basics for a winter cross-country ski vacation and not far from Mount Mansfield for downhill skiing, and is as described. The General facility and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Fortunately we had the good fortune to have had very good weather - a bit on the cool side, but really good snow and the whole week the ski conditions were very good. A great place to gather.

The house and property were amazing! The house is super modern and updated so everything just felt new, clean and fresh. The property is gorgeous and the area really makes you feel like you are in a world of your own with how private it is. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The proximity to local attractions in Coaticook was a big plus, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The host, Gautam, was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future!

Jessica was very friendly, helpful, and available for questions. We didn't have many questions as the descriptions and pictures were accurate. The area and house are in a unique space of granite rock and water making for a lovely surrounding. We were there in winter and it snowed. The caretakers were there immediately shoveling snow and laying down ice melt. The main floor is also unique with a well laid out kitchen/cooking area, wonderfully large dining table (seated 10 of us,) and sunken living room with a heated floor. The kids loved rolling around on a warm rug. The basement has arcade and other games that the family enjoyed.

Truly beautiful place. I came with two of my best friends to relax and celebrate their birthday. We felt right at home once we got here. Very clean space and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub and pool was the best! Anuska and James are very responsive as well. They also left gift bags for us which was very thoughtful of them.

Nancy's cabin was beyond expectations. It was the perfect get away thanks to an incredible host!

Our stay at 1800BC (The Bear Cabin @ Moose Lodge) was awesome!!! We are a family of four with a dog that loves to travel New England for family adventures. The Bear Cabin met all of our expectations and we had a beautiful time skiing at Bretton Woods. This was a special cabin with beautiful woodwork, an awesome wood stove, plenty of space and a superb location. Just a short drive to Bretton Woods (2mns) and close to several to several restaurants on Rt 302 as well. There is Bretton Woods Market and Deli just down the road that can meet most needs as well. If you are a skiing family and want a peaceful yet close proximity to a cool mountain...The Bear Cabin is for you.

Our family stayed at Jeff and Kristin’s Bartlett home - the Lucky Lillian. It was wonderful and cozy, perfect for our family. Our two young girls loved the place, cozied up in the warm living room when not out and about at the nearby ski mountain. The house is well set up and stocked with essentials. Jeff is super responsive and accommodating, making our stay a great one. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

We had an absolutely incredible vacation here! It's so cozy and we truly felt right at home as soon as we settled in. The hot tub was lovely and we loved the living room area. The wood stove was great and our black lab enjoyed his stay on the little dog bed that was provided. We certainly will be going back if given the opportunity!

Evangeline was a wonderful host! Absolutely beautiful and homey cabin, it felt like we were visiting a friend’s home. The views and property were absolutely stunning and the hot tub, grill and fire pit were so enjoyable after a day of exploring St J. We had a truly lovely stay at the cabin. It was even cozier and more comfortable than we had anticipated. The cabin has everything you could need, and Jennifer was beyond responsive and helpful! I was sad to leave and can’t wait to return!

Home decorated by Audrey appears professionally done. Home is new, very clean, cozy. Linens were clean and soft. My family met here for my birthday, they all enjoyed the unique archectural nooks and well designed. The hot tub is an another awesome bonus.
