Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Saco River

We had an amazing time in old orchard! Both my boyfriend and I had never been, and this was the perfect balance of relaxation and doing activities to experience more of Maine! The Airbnb was in a prime spot, about a 7 minute walk from the pier. It was clean, organized, and the perfect size for the two of us. Our host Krystle was phenomenal. She was very responsive, gave so many recommendations for things to do, places to go, where to eat, etc. She responds in a very timely manner as well. There were so many amazing restaurants, shops, and they also had a carnival going on. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and it was gorgeous - very clean and not overly crowded. The locals were all so friendly as well! We found a some cool walking trails, went to Portland for a sunset lighthouse tour cruise, and also did a self-guided kayaking tour! We could not have been happier with our stay and we would definitely come back and rent from this host again!

great stay while in Maine! Leilani was an excellent host that went above and beyond for us. Even let us borrow an iron we needed! The place was in a great location, close to a wedding we had.

We loved our stay at the Sea Marsh condo! It was the perfect space for our little family. Very comfortable and clean. Havah and Joe were great to work with and very friendly! We look forward to staying there again in the future :)

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

This Airbnb is even better than the listing photos! Great location right in the center of Brattleboro. All the restaurants and shops are less than a 5 minute walk away. The apartment itself is very well designed and spacious. The entire place was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t end up cooking in the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. Definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed in the Moonlit suite for our local minimoon and it was perfect! Meticulously taken care of, bright and cozy. We were even met with a celebratory champagne. It was all very special. We had such a lovely time. Thank you Emma and Dave! <3

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and well taken care of and suited our needs comfortably. There was also lots to do within a reasonable distance.

We had a great 3 night stay for a family ski trip to Stowe. The place was much nicer than the pictures give it credit for! Felt pretty updated and we loved the art/decor. The 2 br and 2 full baths are on the 2nd floor. Our kids stayed in the br with 2 smaller twins (beds perfect for smaller kids & fit our middle schooler, but beds likely not big enough for taller adults/teens!). AirBNB was stocked with games, and we didn't have time for the pool/hot tub, but was a quick drive through the parking lot. We bought food at the organic grocery a few minutes away for snacks/breakfasts, but had lunch/dinner out. Piecasso and Idyletime were both great meals and only a few minute drive away. We ended up driving to the mountain and (paid) parking wasn't an issue in the mornings, but over the holidays, parking filled up at the main lots by afternoon. The shuttle bus is a close walk, but parking at the resort was surprisingly easy. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend!!

Derek is a super host for a reason, it really shows. This house was so much fun and created awesome memories for our bachelor party. The house lay out is perfect for socializing and there was plenty of entertainment inside as well as outside. The natural views and the 72 acre's of trails was everything New Hampshire is about. The communication from host was 100% spot on. I was messaged at least once or twice a day if i needed anything at all. Everything in the house worked and functioned as it should. A lot of the appliances and tv's seemed like they were brand new. The movie theater was a really cool dynamic as well. I will definitely be returning to this house and i can not wait! Thank you Derek for making our bachelor party unforgettable.

Our ski group really loved this place! Beautiful home and very comfortable for everyone. 10 minutes away from Sunday River which was perfect for our groups ski plans. We loved using the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

This BNB was the place we needed during a sad time in our lives. Gathering for a funeral is never the reason anyone wants to rent a BNB. But this was wonderfully peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and it allowed us to rest. With everything that we had going on there wasn't much time for communication but everything was very straightforward and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with tools, and clean. I would rent this BNB again in a heartbeat. It was lovely.

Great stay close to everything.

Beautiful setting! We enjoyed coffee on the large covered porch sitting in the swings. We love to cook and the kitchen and open concept space was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. We walked the trail along the lake and enjoyed the sunset. the bald eagles were great to see every day too. we also really enjoyed the kayaks. the name mirror lake was very appropriate!

We stayed here with our daughter, her husband and their brand new baby. One BR on the main, and 2 BR up was a perfect accommodation for us. We were able to keep a room toasty warm for baby but the rest of the house cooler for adults. Kitchen is well-enough equipped, but I always travel with my own knives, a silicon spatula, and a couple extra tea towels—I used all. Ben’s rehab of the bathroom upstairs is very nice, and he was a responsive host when we had questions. Entry a little dicey in snowy and icy conditions.

The place was perfect for our multi generational family (including my 83 yr old parents who my dad using a walker,). There was so much to do. It’s a great layout. The kids loved the movie theatre set up and pool table in the basement. The deck had gorgeous views of mountain Washington. Hannah was so responsible and helpful. It was the perfect house for our lovely vacation .

Our family had a great time exploring the area and Joel’s home was a restful retreat.

Very clean, comfortable, as expected, conveniently located

First, Nancy was extremely helpful and responsive. The condo itself is everything it is described as, loved the location, a short walk to the clubhouse, plenty of beds for a large group, and a great picture window in the living area to look out at the amazing foliage! The unit was clean, and comfortable, with plenty of towels a great place for our group. We cooked every meal there and had plenty of kitchen items to do so. We really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to be in Lincoln or traveling to this area of the white mountains!

Perfect spot for our large family. The description of the home was spot on and all the needed amenities were there. Great communication prior to arrival and we had no complaints or issues. Will definitely be our first choice on where to stay when we return.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Off season made our stay exceptional an experience. Everyplace we went was not crowded, Riverwalk included. I believe we have stars in our eyes because we enjoyed having a hot tub to ourselves plus quite dinning at Riverwalk. Having a coffee carafe is so nice in the morning. Thank you! I really appreciated that. I’m not a single cup fan. The little kitchen nook has what you need to eat a quick bit. Honestly, we booked because there were Tesla chargers on site. However, even with our adapter they were not compatible. We learned one more lesson about car charging. No problem though , we charged at Loon mountain and did a fast charge later in the week at a Tesla charge in Conway. We loved staying at Riverwalk and tried to find time to fit in a wine tasting and sitting by the fire pit. There just wasn’t time.

Dan’s place has been my favorite stay to date. The convenience of having true ski in and out access to the condo really made this years snowboarding trip stand out from the rest. Plus, the provided Nintendo Wii and Wii Sports Resort gave us plenty of fun after the lifts closed for the day. My friends and I would definitely return in the future!

I booked Ashley's place as a stop on a last minute adventure with my two toddlers, and it was perfect for the three of us. Ashley was very responsive to messages and kindly accommodated an early check-in to work around nap schedule. The place was just as described and even cozier and more welcoming in person than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was small but fully stocked for simple meal preparation (with sharp knives!!). Our only regret is we forgot our swimsuits and couldn't take advantage of the pool and hot tub in the building.
