Monthly Rentals in Saavedra

Appartamento bella!! Bright, comfortable, warm, clean and accessible, we felt very good in general had everything I advertised and more! The area is very quiet and close to the train station so we could mobilize us without problem. Pachi is a luxury host, we barely communicate, we were at ease at all times, very attentive with recommendations! We would definitely rent again!

Very good treatment. Nuria was excellent, I came promptly to every question. The Depto is beautiful, cozy, just as you can see in the photos.

It's a nice apartment and seems to be practically new. It's easy to get to and the area is quite comfortable and safe. The bed is somewhat hard that if, even though I didn't get a bad sleep. My check-in was totally autonomous and flexible, so that adds up a lot for me at least. The cold water bottles in the fridge saved me, actually a gesture that I especially liked. Lastly, I never knew how to use the proximity key haha, so I drive with the QR and the access code.

I love this apartment! I'm a longtime Airbnb user and Juan Francisco's place is really special. He's a great host and has awesome vibes! His apartment is top notch, tons of space with the lofted bedroom that's really like a second floor. Fast internet, big TV, kitchen with everything you'd need, etc. The Nuñez neighborhood is so dope - green and modern and tranquilo, multiple great coffee shops and restaurants within a couple blocks, and a big supermarket around the corner. Easy access to buses right there, and a ~10 min walk to the subway. For fútbol fans River Plate's Estadio Monumental is 3 blocks away and a 5 min walk. I haven't stayed in a better Airbnb for the price you pay here - highly highly recommend either for a short visit or long term digital nomad-style stay!
