Beautiful, peaceful and spacious apartment with great WiFi for video meetings. Neighborhood is calm, very pretty, and with great access to the train. The cafe across the street from the SF apartment is lovely. Diego is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly as described, this apartment, where we stayed for four weeks, was perfect for us. Ayelen and Bruno were responsive, very accommodating, and most helpful hosts. The neighborhood is lively during the day, and quiet at night. You can expect the normal city noise, but considering the density of the city, we were pleased with how well we rested at night, since the bedroom is at the back, away from the street . The apartment is outfitted with every thing we needed, close to restaurants, cafes, all kinds of shopping, and within blocks of the last metro stop on one of the subway lines. We walked everywhere, always felt safe, and can recommend this lovely place without reservations. We would definitely book with Ayelen again. I was extremely satisfied with this studio apartment. Probably my favorite place to stay in Buenos Aires/Villa Urquiza to date. Everything works well and the bed is comfortable. The esthetics of the place are very welcoming. The area is nice with access to both the bus and train system and has grocery stores and other services within a short walk.

Ivan is one of the beat hosts Ive interacted with very responsive and attentive throughout the trip provides lots of information for the surrounding area and the home is one of the most beautiful ones around for a single person or couple traveling

Very good treatment. Nuria was excellent, I came promptly to every question. The Depto is beautiful, cozy, just as you can see in the photos.

Diego and Flavia were super hosts. I was allowed into the depto earlier because I had a few hours to be with my kids. They understood the situation and accommodated my needs. I couldn't be more grateful. The apartment is uy cute. It has everything you need. The building is beautiful and the pool definitely makes all the difference (it was the reason I chose it, to enjoy it with my kids). Everything was great. I recommend the super.
