This apartment had the WOW factor. Great view as soon as you walk into the place. Super clean and quiet. Great location to Cavill Mall and to watch all the happenings at Surfers. Excellent access to the beach and pool. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Broadbeach. It was comfortable to stay with our toddler with lots of space for him to play inside and easy access to the beach and playground. Beautiful views of the beach, just like the photos! Great amenities including pool and gym, and lots of food options just downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s. Matt was responsive and helpful before and after our stay. The house was spacious and looked just like the photos. The kitchen was well provisioned and we enjoyed cooking each night. The kids loved the use of the SUP’s and kayaks on the canal. Would stay again.

Fantastic house and location. The fishing jetty a minutes' walk away was an added bonus. Beautiful outlook onto park and river. House was cool, safe and quiet and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Large modern kitchen had everything we needed to cater Christmas lunch. Yard is dog friendly and there is an off-leash dog park a short walk away so the whole family was happy. Jason is super responsive to messages and check in and check out instructions very clear and easy to follow. Can't wait for our next holiday as we will definitely return.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get together as a big family. We loved the spacious lounge room and the master room upstairs. Everything was nice and tidy

Beautiful Home on Biggera Waters. Such a spacious home with lots of room. The Spa and Pool though not heated was so warm and the kids loved it. Kitchen was well equipped, Pool room was lovely. Main Bedroom was massive. Location, right near Harbour Town Premium Outlets, walking distance of 10mins. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at Dublin Docks Tavern also within walking distance. Movie World, Sea World 20 mins drive, Surfer and Broad Beach 20-30 mins drive. Overall our stay was lovely and the whole family enjoyed it.

Without a doubt, simply the best Airbnb experience. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, although compact it delivers on a clever layout with quality and with design details that any design lover would appreciate. The high-quality furnishings and fixtures create a unique space, and the spectacular view is the perfect backdrop to the sound of the sea. What also sets this place apart is Jason, the host, who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble. The space was exactly as described—even better in person—and well-stocked with everything I needed. Traveling solo, the entire experience was heaven and completely seamless! I will definitely be a frequent return guest.

The perfect location for a beach break. Great size unit for two people. Everything you needed provided. Step out the door and you’re on the beach, sit on the balcony and look at the beach or go for a walk along the beach. Close to restaurants,shops, markets and of course, the beach. Loved it, and we hope to be back in the not too distant future..😊

We had a fantastic stay at this top-floor Airbnb, located in a wonderful hotel with breathtaking ocean views. The room, though privately owned and separate from the hotel, we were able to use the pool and spa area and we paid for the buffet breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel, and it was absolutely amazing—great variety and high-quality food. The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. This is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with access to excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here. It is directly across the road from a shopping centre & is still in a nice quiet location. Easy to get to & is in a beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again.
