Our stay was fabulous. The unit was beautiful and the location was perfect! Lovely resort with a beautiful pool. The day spa was amazing!!! Very much enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here. the host Manny was super helpful and quick to reply. the apparentment was small but felt big enough for the 3 of us. we took our 2 year old and she was safe to wander around the apartment and the pools and some are even heated so great for the cooler weather. The apartment was clean and tidy, nice and cosy. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay

After reading amazing reviews about Sandra’s place, we were keen to see for ourselves, and what an exceptional experience we had. Sandra has thought of everything from plenty of towels, to beach/pool towels to, tea and coffee making facilities to a thoughtful gift hamper. You name it, Sandra had thought about what people need to make a home away from home. Highly recommend this property and look forward to staying at Sandra’s again.

What a great spot! What the perfect experience & really enjoyed our stay. Bonus was being able to have our dog with us and is a great set up with having a yard available. Brad was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely return. Thanks so much Brad.

Great location . The apartment was clean and well appointed.

A beautiful location and charming home providing a warm welcoming ambiance. The prevailing ESE breezes kept us cool, after a week of hot & humid weather. We did nothing somedays ( lazing in the hammock), and lots on other days (fishing of the beach, oystering, snorkelling and beachfront bonfires). Magnificent sunsets and happy hour drinks down the beach at Montes, topped off a lovely week away. How lucky are we that Ann shares her beautiful piece of paradise and family memories, and does so as a gracious, caring host. The Boathouse is an oasis of peace and quiet where the only noise you hear is the crash of waves, the patter of raindrops or the occasional bird. Although close to neighbouring properties it feels secluded and tranquil and very private. If the beach were any closer it would be lapping at the bed and cafe just around the corner could not be better. Thank you to Janene and Cameron for sharing your corner of paradise, it is truely spectacular and we can’t wait until we can return. Amanda & Clint

Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

We had a lovely stay here. It accommodated our two families with 6 adults and 6 teenagers with lots of room and space for everyone to feel like they weren’t on top of each other. Kids loved the media room and the pool. We loved sitting and watching the water - and even saw a dolphin in the canal on our last morning. We highly rate the property and would stay here again!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Such a cute place, so close to the beach and a great location to all of Kirra and Coolangatta everything within walking distance. House was very clean and comfortable.

Great host who went above and beyond during Cyclone Alfred, accommodating our extended stay when we couldn’t leave the state. The place was fantastic - great location and excellent amenities. We had a small issue at check-in, but the host resolved it smoothly. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views. All amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. A cot was setup ready for our baby. Very minor note, the Wi-Fi across Bright Point is ok, but it can be unreliable, particularly in the evenings.

Stayed at Aaron’s place over easter weekend. We loved every bit of it. View was amazing. Apartment was very clean and it was centrally located within all the amenities of surfers paradise. We will definitely come back to stay when we come back to Gold coast.
