I really enjoyed my stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was strong, water pressure was great in shower, and being able to set the heat to the temperature I wanted was a plus. The area was very walkable with a grocery store, coffee shop, lots of restaurants, and a huge park nearby. Highly recommended Airbnb!

very nice, clean and well equipped apartment like unit. Very close to everything from Denver to Boulder and Red Rocks. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Will stay here again when the time comes to head back to Colorado!

Tama was a great host who communicated promptly and and in helpful detail. The apartment is a bargain, accessible to public transportation and with good parking. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay with Jess & Will! They were proactive with communication in how to get into the space, and it was exactly as described. The location was great, and safely walk-able to a few restaurants and shops. They were very respectful of the quiet hours which was excellent as the space is located in the basement of an older home and as with most basements you can hear overhead steps.

She's a great host and that's why we continue to come back to stay at her place.

A great place in a fun neighborhood. Walkable to lots of restaurants and close to a park. Host is friendly and responsive and the place is very comfortable.

Ryan's guest space was perfect for our girls trip. He had reliable wifi for school work, which alleviated our stress. It was also a very short walk to Sloan Lake, which was a great place for a run. We loved how comfortable, and easily accessible it was. I do recommend not renting a vehicle bigger than a sedan, since the parking space was limited. But, that was parking in the designated parking area. However, we had an absolutely great time, since everything was nearby. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. My dog enjoyed her walks, especially to the north, along the park. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. The airbnb was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable, matched the description and photos. The hot tub and sauna are incredible. Would have loved to stay longer and will definitely stay again!

Ryan and Lindsey's place was so charming and cozy for my mom's weekend stay. She especially loved the electric fireplace next to the bed and the rainfall shower head in the bathroom! It was so well decorated and felt very welcoming. The mattress seemed super comfy and there were lots of extra blankets in the wardrobe. The instructions were clear and Ryan and Lindsey gave her privacy but also made it known that they were available if she needed anything. I live in Golden and felt really comfortable leaving her there for her stay. It was in a great neighborhood and very close to restaurants and i70 to head to downtown Denver where my daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament all weekend. Thank you!

I really liked Nicole's place. It was really nice to have a desk with a very comfortable desk chair and reading lamp, I really enjoyed working there. The shower was great with strong water pressure. It was super to have a fridge and microwave too. Nicole and John were very responsive and friendly. I had a great stay!

This place was perfect for what we needed and was super close to RiNo/downtown Denver, so the location was great. It was clean, a great size for two people, and had comfortable furniture to relax on. One thing to note is that the stairs/entrance to the apartment are very steep and a bit precarious, so not the most accessible if that's something you need!

This is a really cool spot. Has some nice touches such as a high end sound system and a private backyard w/ grill. Having the private entrance and parking from alleyway was very convenient. Lastly it is in a great part of Denver, near many great restaurants, botanic gardens, Denver zoo, etc. In general I just like south Denver so this Airbnb is in a perfect spot if you’re in town. Quick access to I-25 if you need to get west/etc.

Super communicative and got us in right away after a mishap with our previous booking. Super clean place, very homey, lots of good recommendations for places to check out. 10/10

Sharon and JD’s place was a lovely place to land during our short stay in Denver. The immediate neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe to walk in as a woman. Public transportation was pretty easily accessible, as were attractions like the Rino neighborhood, the Denver zoo, and the Nature and Sciences museum. Wonderfully cozy, spacious, and clean Airbnb! Looked even better in person (the lighting in the pictures doesn’t do it justice), and I would 100% stay there again. Sharon even left a booklet of her personal recommendations of how to spend our time as well as a basket of snacks and refreshments to really welcome us to her home!

A good place to stay. Very suburban neighborhood with not much around except for a couple of decent hiking trails. Everything else was excellent.

Had a great stay! We traveled to Colorado for an intensive week with my Chiropractic Neurologist and Eric’s Northglenn Beautiful Airbnb was perfect for our purposes. Full kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub to soak in Epsom salts between my daily healthcare visits. Truly a gem. The basement apartment was quiet and well insulated from noises. The bed was super comfortable & kitchen was a pleasure to cook our meals in - large refrigerator, amazing oven, dishwasher & lovely tile floors. The tile work in the kitchen is beautiful. The entire apartment is well appointed for a great Airbnb stay. Thank you Eric!

My friends and I loved staying at Jessica’s place. We felt right at home with the cozy living space. She was also very hospitable and responded quickly to our questions. This is a great place for exploring Denver as well as driving out to neighboring mountains and towns. I would recommend this stay.

My second visit to Joel's place which shows how great it is. Joel was really easy to contact and responded very quickly. It is exactly as described and pictured; a lovely clean quiet place to stay. Everything was perfect.

This location was the perfect home away from home! The location was ideal, I was able to work seamlessly while away, and Kristen was an amazing host. She really stepped up when we had an unexpected snowstorm. I’d book this again if I had another long term stay in Denver.
