Holiday rentals with an EV charger in River North Art District, Denver

Crystal was a great hostess! I stayed at Crystals for a week and her place was great! Location is perfect for walking everywhere. I did not have a car there but didn’t feel like I needed one. Walked to restaurants, mall, stores and Whole Foods. The building also had a fully equipped gym and a room to do yoga, Pilates ect. Any time I had a question for Crystal she answered right away! Do not hesitate to book, great place!! Will be booking again when I go back!

We enjoyed the luxurious touches added to this beautiful penthouse apartment. The area felt safe and we felt extremely comfortable. The coffee station was super cute and I enjoyed some great coffee! The pool area was lovely and we took an invigorating swim and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The restaurants and coffee shops were walkable and we also took a shuttle bus from Thirsty Lion to go to a concert at Red Rocks. It was very convenient. The Denver Art Museum was fun too. We never had a problem getting a Lyft when our destination wasn’t walkable. We were in perfect proximity to get to the train station to board the Amtrak California Zephyr. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Lovely stay for me and my 2 girls traveling from Dallas for a competitive cheer competition. It was not too far from the Colorado Convention Center about a 10-15 min Lyft. Super private entrance and very quiet neighborhood. Clean and just enough room for the 3 of us.

Ben was proactive and offered us a nearby property when he discovered that the pipes at this property were frozen due to low temperatures. Fortunately, by the time we arrived, the pipes had already been thawed by the property management. This gave us confidence that if any issues arose, we would be taken care of. Ben's responses to our text messages were quick and timely, even after hours, which we greatly appreciated. The location was as described, close to many of the town's attractions. The apartment was clean, neat, and appeared to have been recently remodeled. We had a great stay and experience.

Very nice, secure apartment. The apartment was very comfortable. Loved being able to park in secure garage after seeing the streets in this area full of cars. Big plus was washer and dryer in unit and elevator as I had an extended stay. Commuter train station next to apartment building, earplugs a must if you are a light sleeper. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Loved the view over union station and was very walkable to everything in the heart of the city. Would book this place again in a heartbeat.

This Airbnb FAR exceeded our expectations!! The hosts were all super helpful and kind. The location couldn’t have been better. We used Golden as a home base to do day trips in surrounding areas and it was super convenient to Highways. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in an Airbnb where they literally thought of everything you might need, but this one had everything. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of blankets, super soft sheets, temperature was easy to adjust. Just overall an amazing Airbnb, I wish other Airbnb hosts would take notes! You won’t regret staying here! Also try Sherpa house just up the road, such good food!

Barta’s listing is the ideal for an urban getaway. Locally-owned restaurants , cafés, and bars are all in walking distance, so you can spend time enjoying the area’s beauty, rather than being in a car. The place was lovely, clean, comfortable, and vibrant. However, if you’re not an early riser, the music from the restaurant downstairs can start thumping at 8 am, so be aware of that. Overall, it is an outstanding place with incredibly responsive and considerate hosts!!! Superb!!!

Heathers place was truly cozy and awesome. It was a great location, central to all the sites we wanted to visit, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Lookout Mountain, Golden, Georgetown, the Denver Zoo, and downtown Denver. The fish ere an added bonus. Sitting in the covered lounge, listening to the water in the pond was very relaxing after a day of site seeing.

The house was amazing, super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! There is a lot of space in the yard for the dog and a wonderful hot tub . We are already planning to return in August. Thank you for being so kind and flexible!

I have to say this is the best and most accurately described Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s got all the bells and whistles. Back area offers a beach with a fire pit which we used the first night. Jacuzzi in the backyard that was warmed up upon our arrival (did not have time to use it unfortunately). Area is very secure via gate for vehicle entry with convenient parking. Interior offers two very large bedrooms with two huge beds. Bathroom was very clean and has a heater. Also very good shower pressure and hot water. We grilled some steaks and even found a meat thermometer in the silverware drawer. The place made for a very great trip with the family. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second staying there again. Very reasonably priced as well for what is offered. I 100% recommend.

Being able to find a place as high-quality as this, with short notice, during the holidays was a gift itself. Nicholas and Becca, were very friendly and responsive to any questions that I had. The place was quiet and clean and had everything I needed. I just need to show up and have the ability to cook and I was good to go. Someone who doesn’t often have farm fresh eggs, that complementary treat was a cherry on top. Made two top-notch breakfasts. Thanks so much!

Very clean, easy to get to place to enjoy with some friends. Every room was very stocked and easy to find things. Would book again!

Theresa’s place was just what we were looking for - great location, family friendly, stocked with what we needed, and right in budget. She was very responsive our entire time and even slowed us to book lady minute and check in early after a prior plans fell through. We’re grateful for her hospitality during our stay!

I love to stay I feel like a home

The place was great and as expected or better. The standing desk and monitor were perfect for remote work, among the many other amenities. But more importantly, Karissa was amazing. She genuinely surprised me more than once by going out of her way to accommodate my requests. As more and more airbnbs become professionally managed and it becomes harder and harder to reach anyone for help, encountering the level of hospitality Karissa provides truly feels extraordinary! And the minimal and completely reasonable checkout instructions were the perfect final touch. I can safely say this is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed at.

Beautiful condo in Golden and close to everything. No need for a car!

Nikki’s place was great! The parking spot was very helpful for us as we had a rental car. Kitchen appliances were up to date and all utensils and supplies provided was highly appreciated and used. Would definitely recommend this airbnb if you are staying in downtown Denver or even going to Rocky Mountain National Park/Colorado Springs

This was a nice place to stay while we visited Denver.

Perfect spot to explore Golden. Just a block from the downtown area and only a few blocks from the creek which is a great place for a scenic walk. The unit is well stocked with all you need to feel at home. Would definitely come and stay again!

Condo was nicely furnished and Julia was easy to work with. The location is nice and quiet and very close to hiking.
