Holiday rentals with a fireplace in River North Art District, Denver

This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

This was our second time staying at this property, everything was great as usual and we will definitely be back!

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

The property was everything it exclaimed to be in the photos and descriptions. It is close to so many local shops and stores. Also the mall wasn’t too far! My family and I enjoyed the peaceful serenity the property had. It was amazing. Will definitely return.

Beautiful spacious home. Had everything we needed. Definitely had fun with the games and tables, we got a little snowed in. Great kitchen to cook anything. Definitely worth the visit, will be visiting again!

This is a great house for large groups. The large open kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out, and the bedrooms were comfortable and a many were a nice distance from the common spaces. Great proximity to fun spots in Denver. Made for a great home base for a weekend with some skiing and exploring Denver.

Great stay at Jason's place! It was just as described, cozy, comfortable, perfect for a nice size family. Jason is super responsive and very accommodating! Helped us immediately with any needs we had. Overall great experience!

We stayed after a Nuggets game and the home was beautiful. The location was perfect and everything was squeaky clean. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb stay.

Julie’s place was wonderful for our time in Denver. Our 4 year old was so happy to finally get to pet Sapphire (such a friendly dog) in the yard on our last day in the house. Parking was so easy and convenient, never had an issue. The little snacks provided was a nice touch and much appreciated. Thank you for being such a great host Julie!

Great stay and fabulous hosts. Snowed during our stay and they made sure to shovel the walkway in the freezing weather showing they cared about comfort.

We stayed here for a week of work in Denver. Easy 15-minute commute for my daughter into Denver. I worked from "home." We made our meals at the apartment most nights. The kitchen was easy to navigate and pretty well equipped. We needed to ask for/find kitchen towels, paper towels, sponge. It was all there just had to look. The place was very clean and quiet. Nice sleeping arrangements. Bathroom clean. Nice linens. The laundry room is in a shared space with the lower-level unit. Nothing in walkable distance; restaurants and shopping are all within a 10-minute drive. We started to refer to the apartment as "home" after the first day... because that is how it felt. I would book again. No regrets.

I stayed at Travis's place over the the holidays and it was amazing. His space is extremely warm and welcoming. I loved the fireplace as well as the heated floors in the bathroom. I found it so cozy that it was hard to leave! Plenty of coffee stocked as well as all the essentials needed to make a good meal at home. I would definitely stay at Travis's place again.

Nice spot. Was only there to sleep, but I wish I had time for the sick pool table. Would be a solid place to hang with a friend.

Everything is amazing here, but Edward is my favoritest cutest baby boy I've ever met away from home (he's the pup). Made a great stay even better!!

The apartment is in an excellent location. We enjoyed it for seven days. It’s a very clean and quiet place. The view of Denver City is extraordinary. I’ll go back there again next year.

Can’t say enough about Daniel’s place. It was superb. Such a beautiful place and convenient to lots of the night life and restaurants. Only hiccup was getting in initially but it was operator error on my part. Once Daniel responded he talked me through getting in, staying in the phone with me until I was in the unit. He was responsive, kind and helpful. If you are staying in Denver, don’t miss out on this place. Great location, great host, and great price to go with the very beautiful space! 5 stars

The home was beautiful! For 3 Adults and 4 kids, it was spacious. There were plenty of things to do for the kids in the home, as well as being peaceful outside of it. I would recommend this home to anybody!

One of a kind location! Amazing host, knows the area very well and will explain everything in detailed message prior to arriving. I would recommend everyone try this unique experience. Very close to town, but still secluded feeling! Look forward to visiting in the summer months.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay over the Thanksgiving weekend. The listing describes the place well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient for our stay in Boulder.
