A great home away from home. Scott and Maggie have thought of everything. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Peaceful setting but only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Burnie.

I had a really great 2 nights stay here. Graeme and Cara were very kind and helpful. The space was really great. There was so much room and having a full kitchen and being able to cook was really good. The value for the price is amazing and i will definitely stay again if i travel back this way😊

Staying at Phil’s Mistover was an absolute delight! The unique stone cottage is full of character, blending rustic charm with thoughtful details. Inside, you’ll find beautiful hand-knit pieces by Phil’s wife, adding a cozy and personal touch to the space. Beyond the house, the breathtaking countryside scenery is simply unforgettable. Rolling hills stretch as far as the eye can see, and the dam on the property is home to wild platypuses—an incredible sight to witness! Phil himself is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I highly recommend Mistover to anyone looking for a peaceful and special getaway.
