Holiday houses in Pythagoreio

A lovely place to stay in Samos. So central but also peaceful. An amazing view from the balcony. We were so happy to spend time there. Efcharis was a great host, friendly, welcoming and communicative.

A special place. I didn’t meet yannis but the neighbors made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was perfect for me, it’s small but has enough space for yoga inside and plenty of outdoor space on the patio, where you become a part of life there in Kokkari.

I can only confirm what I wrote 2 years ago about Themos house: simply perfect place to spend your holiday in Samos. Themos and his family are always so kind and there’s nothing better than wake up with this wonderful view in this amazing house. We sincerly hope to be Themos guests for our third time soon.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location couldn’t have been better. We had amazing sunrises and sunsets, and even enjoyed a beautiful full moon. Plenty of free parking nearby, and small markets and cafes carrying everything you need. Just a few minute drive to great local beaches. Highly recommend!

Very nice comfortable house in a good location and in walking distance of the beach. The house was very clean, the kitchen well equiped and the beds very comfortable. Maria welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. All with all a very good place to stay!

Vicky was super helpful from minute 1 and always responsive. She also gives great massages so make sure to book one with her. Vicky and her family make you feel right at home but you’ll still have all the peace and quiet that goes along with the beautiful location just a little bit outside Kokkari. Which we find perfect as we don’t like to be in the bustling city center. Thank you for a great time, Vicky!

We had such a valuable time in Samos. Our landlords Angela and Panagiotis also contributed significantly to this!!! Special praise to you here! We were taken care of above average and we had very good conversations. Warmly, the best expression here is probably the best expression. Aris & Yota were ideal hosts. Welcoming and friendly, dedicated to ensuring our comfort and very considerate of every question we had. Aris picked us up himself when our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location, Yota was extremely responsive and lovely to talk to. The location is a little far from Pythagorio if you don’t enjoy a walk, but for us it was entirely perfect. With a car/bike, the distance is no problem at all. Access to the sea was idyllic, the apartment was very clean and Aris made sure to offer recommendations on how best to explore Samos. A wonderful family to have host us for a few days, highly recommend to everyone wanting to visit the Island. Thank you again! X
