very, very nice apartment, I liked the kitchen on the veranda as madmen, Jacopo and his mother are very kind and super helpful. The area does not offer much but is 2 steps from the bus stop with which you can reach everything. Supermarkets reachable in 5/10 minutes on foot. Giovanni’s place is a beautifully renovated apartment in the heart of Grosseto. It was very clean, centrally located, and the host was very friendly and responsive. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it.

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.
