Everything went smooth. Easy get in and get out. Did not meet the owners, but the place was nice, spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Recommend this place. Perfect location for my travel. God value!

The space is warm, functional with a great view. The village of Capalbio is picturesque with lots of restaurants on site and a small film festival. Albertina and Andrews welcomed us superbly, recommended for our stay and were always available. They were exceptional hosts who had anticipated our evening meal and breakfast... We very much appreciated the cottage but also and above all the kindness of the hosts and their delicate touches.

We had a perfect stay in Sofia‘s apartment. It had all the equipment we needed and she was a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host! The location of the apartment was great to explore Massa Marittima and the surrounding beaches etc.

I stayed in this beautiful farmhouse with about ten friends. We had a great time, the only downside is that you have to walk for a few kilometers on a dirt road that could be better arranged. Elena was a valuable advisor for both the places to visit and restaurants. I plan to go back in the summer to also take advantage of the outdoor area and the swimming pool. Thanks again Elena and goodbye.

Maria and her husband Teodoro welcomed us very warmly and even prepared the ingredients for a first dinner and breakfast. Communication went very much friendly, fast and smooth . The spacious house is wonderfully located above a rocky bay, which can be reached in about 20 minutes via a nice walk. From the large, terrace, there is a sensational view over the Tuscan sea and its islands, the sunsets are spectacular. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back, thanks again for the great hospitality.

The house was cozy and in perfect order as well as being very close to all amenities, including the shuttle to the beach, but at the same time very quiet. Andrea was very kind and very helpful.

Oasis of peace surrounded by nature. We stayed at the villa to celebrate an intimate and quiet New Year's Eve. Super-stocked pet-friendly house, great attention to detail: Cristina prepared us for wood for the fireplace and barbecue, bathroom sets... all very appreciated! Beautiful villages to visit nearby. Fantastic stay!

We had a vision and dream of staying in a Tuscan villa in the country and it exceeded all our expectations.

The apartment is very nicely located in a wooded area or an olive grove and is also very quiet. We particularly liked the beautiful space and the beautiful furnishings of the apartment and the garden, it was especially great for our three children, who could play nicely, especially in the garden. Silvia was always and immediately available. The surroundings are especially the sea and the beautiful beaches are worth a trip.

Beautiful accomodation and very clean. Loved that we could walk into town for essentials and to eat and drink. Pool and outside area is stunning . Dani helped when we needed coal and was on hand for help. The accomodation has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen as well as hair dryer, towels for bathing and pool, extra pillows and blankets . We would absolutely recommend.

Nice holiday in a great place! Tommaso was super friendly and always responded immediately. A later check-in and earlier check-out at our request were no problem. 😊 The place offers everything you need, was clean and corresponds to the description and pictures! Spacious, comfortable and tasteful accommodations. Slightly remote location but panoramic views from large terrace and central to day trips in wine country. If you’re not set on being right in center of town, this one’s for you.

Had a wonderful stay. Sofia is more than helpful and absolutely friendly. Planned for 7 nights, due to a flat tire on the penultimate day we had to extend it by 2 days. Sofia helped us easily with the accommodation here and also supported us with small driving services. Absolutely recommend the place!!

One of the most gorgeous Airbnbs I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a LOT). This villa was even more beautiful than the photos, including the gorgeous outdoor spaces & gardens, the incredible sunset view of Pienza, the smell of lavender & fresh grapes everywhere... It was a perfect location as well, only 3-4 minutes drive to the charming village of Monticchiello where you can find excellent restaurants, cafes, and bakeries... and close to other nearby towns like Pienza, Montepulciano, etc. The kitchen was also great to cook in — fully equipped, charming old farmhouse style but with all the modern updates you want in a kitchen. Great bathrooms with good water pressure in the showers. Cozy sofas all throughout the house. The hosts were excellent as well — we felt so welcomed upon arrival like we were arriving to family, and they were very responsive to any questions or needs throughout the stay. What a spectacular stay for a week with my parents... wish it could've been a month!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Tuscany, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning scenery and the warm hospitality of my hosts. The property itself was beautifully maintained, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The views from the garden were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the view. The location was perfect for exploring the region, with charming villages just a few minutes from the airbnb. My hosts were incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions. They truly made me feel at home. Inside the accommodation, everything was spotless and well-equipped. The cozy ambiance made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a welcoming gift on the kitchen table.

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!

I struggled to type this review because it was hard to put into words just how incredible of an experience we had at Mario’s place. Not only is this home spectacularly furnished, and impeccably clean, the attention to detail Mario has put into every nook and cranny is phenomenal, something you’ll really appreciate if you’re into art and design. We also loved all of the little ammenities here and there that were just so thoughtful. Mario himself is the most wonderful host, even though we barely Spoke Italian (translated usually by his son) every time we saw him he was always happy to see us and offer us insights into the magic of sorano. This one has now taken top of the list when it comes to our Airbnb experiences - Grazie mille Mario!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maurizio’s and Teresa’s villa. Being welcomed by home baked treat, we felt right at home. Villa is full of charm, incredibly well looked after, you can feel all the love put by owners in making it a special place. Views are breathtaking, you can fully emerge into tranquility and beauty of surroundings. Our kids had great fun daily swimming in the pool and playing football. There are many amazing places a short ride away, we especially recommend Bagni San Fillipo, natural hot spring nearby, towns of Pieza and Montepulciano. Teresa and Maurizio were always helpful and nearby when needed. We would recommend this place to all our friends and would gladly come back again

A lovely mini apartment in a beautiful newly renovated period building. It is located in the historic center of Sorano. Top location to explore the charming village and with the possibility of parking less than 50 meters away. The apartment offers a small bathroom with shower, the room complete with desk and smart TV overlooks the quiet streets of the village. The kitchen offers everything you could expect. Within walking distance are shops for artists and artisans, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. You can start on foot directly from the village for nice walks on the trails of the Vie Cave. The host will make you feel at home, the check-in was very convenient and you will be given useful tips on what to do and where to dine to taste the typical flavors of the area.
